Hired Allen he sent two guys. The pictures speak for themselves. They left spaces in my vinyl flooring and spaces in my wood trim. It was terrible. My new contractor can’t believe what they did and what he is left to fix. When I brought this to Allen’s attention he got nasty said it was our fault for “hovering” and rushing them. If that was the truth I apparently didn’t “hover” enough or I would have stopped them. As far as rushing they were rushing to pick up one of their daughters. Fired him after the first room.

Allen was exceptional! New Bathroom in basement looks awesome!! Ran into an issue and worked with me to get the job done!! Very professional. Great communication via text and phone. He did the plumbing, electrical, flooring, Sheetrock, trim, shower install, toilet install, vanity install. Bathroom door and all trim. All looks top quality and meticulously installed. I Couldn’t be happier with his work. Highly recommended!!

This was the second time I used Allen for bathroom total remodeling. I again was extremely happy with his work. He and his teammate Wayne were very professional and punctual. He was very knowledgeable and offered expert opinions whenever I had a question. He was also very flexible and accommodating if I decided to make a change in the details of the design. Allen's price was also very competitive and reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about Allen and his work. Please see the pictures of my beautiful bathroom.

Allan and his team were on time and professional. The job had unexpected challenges but nothing fazed him and the price never changed. I trusted him and his men implicitly very soon and he was clean in his work habits and cleaned up every day before he left. The job was beautiful upon completion. I had a minor problem with the steamer 6 months later and he came right away and solved it with no fuss. I would, and am going to, hire him again in a heartbeat.

Very well. Allen is a knowledgeable, personable and skilled. He and Ray did a wonderful job. Allen is very patient and bothered to show me different options in materials and gave me good advise. They worked clean and cleaned up everyday before leaving. They were very reliable and finished on the projected date. A great experience, a great remodel.

This job was a joy (considering it was a renovation) and the result is a masterpiece. Allen has top skills at tiling and plumbing and a good sense of design. He and his helper were a pleasure to work with, even willing to change things he'd already started to make the room work better for me. He takes his time and does things right. And my house was spotless every evening. He's in great demand but worth waiting for.

He did a fabulous job! It took us a while to get it scheduled, due to our schedule issues and coordinating with his busy schedules, but once he came, he worked really hard to get the job done. I wish we had hired him in 2011 in the first place. Our bathroom would never have been in the shape that it was if he had done it. I would love to have him do more work in our house when we need it.

Extremely pleased with the results. Alan and his worker, Angelo, did a fabulous job for us. They work in a very professional manner, cleaning up each day. The quality of the work is perfection. They were both polite, courteous and respectful. Showed up on time each day, wasted no time and got the job done is a reasonable time frame.

Alan was great and both bathrooms came out perfect. He was pleasant, showed up every day, cleaned up each day, paid attention to detail, gave constructive comments about picking fixtures, tiles, etc. He also doesn't try to nickel and dime about things like installing a diverter, adding recessed lighting, etc. Pricing was reasonable and quality of the work is top notch. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Highly recommended!

Bathroom looks great - we love it! Tile work is great - we will definitely use Alan again in the near future to do another bathroom in need or a remodel in our house! Easy to communicate with... Cleaned up daily after working in house!

I cannot say enough good things about Allen and his crew. They are very prompt, professional, neat and respectful of our property. Allen gave us options and suggestions when it comes to selecting styles, colors and material. During the day when we were at work, Allen communicated with us about the work that was being done and presented different options by sending us pictures through email and text messages. Allen and his crew have a great work ethic. The quality of their work is superb. we are very pleased with our new bathroom. The price was very reasonable. We would definitely use Bath Remodel Pro for our future project and recommend them to anyone.

Responded right away to my email, set up an appointment to come for an estimate then didn't show up or call.

Alan showed up on time every morning. If he knew he could not make it because of the severe weather, he would call and let us know. He was very knowledgeable on aspects of plumbing installation.

He was superb. It was like magic. Many people want to copy the work in my bathroom. I 'm sure he got jobs out of it. In interview several providers and he was the lowest.

The plumber arrived promptly. The work was done professionally and went exactly as expected. The older, somewhat improperly installed drain, required extra time and trips to the supplier to get appropriate parts. He tested the installation thoroughly to make sure the drain functioned properly. The sheet rock work was well done with minimal dust and nicely finished. A tarp was laid down on the floor to keep our house clean.

Allen and his workers were very professional, neat and respectful of our property. When a few issues arose, Allen gave us options as to what would be the best fix and in the end, we are very happy with our new bathroom. The project was completed on time and we felt the price was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Allen and Bath Remodel Pro.

He came back one time and he was very, very helpful. They were very reliable and very thorough with what they did. They gave me a price and they abide by it or they tell you because of an expense that you might have to pay a little more. I could rely on what he said. He was responsive. Sometimes he is too busy but he apologizes for not calling or coming right away. I would use him again anytime.

I was very pleased with the work, their respect for my home, keeping it neat from day to day, and their pleasantness. They made sure that they let me know what they were doing and that they were doing exactly what I wanted done. They had it finished in a couple of days and I have been very pleased with their work. I had to leave them alone in my home while I went to work. I did not worry about that. They were very responsible and trustworthy. . They were very considerate, arriving on time. I'd been very happy to use them again, or recommend them to family or friends. They are busy, so it takes a while to get the work scheduled. Allen seemed to work hard to get it done as soon as possible

Allen and his crew demolished one bathroom at a time started there magic, walls, ceiling, fan then Allen started each step needed to make a shower strong and protected against any water leakage. Then He tiled the shower floor, walls. Let the special grout that hold the tiles to the wall together sit over night. Next day he grouted in between the tiles and started the floor design. It all look beautiful. What I liked about Allen is that he listen and will give you ideas at what would be best. I would use him again and recommend him to my friends .

I called him regarding a possible bathroom remodel and while he said he would not be available until May he would come out that weekend and fix my leaking faucet (which had caused the damage to the bathroom). We agreed that he would come out on Sunday to give me an estimate and fix the leak but he never called or showed up.

They were just fantastic! They were here everyday on time. They went over and above. On the day that it snowed they came out an shoveled for me. Dylan, Wayne, and Allen were fantastic and did a beautiful job. I would recommend them to anyone and we are using them again for another project.

Allen and his staff arrived timely each day. They were very professional, and concientious. They finished both jobs on schedule. I am completely satisfied with his work and feel his prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Allen. He did an awesome job!

I decided to contact Allen after having a great experience with his company for my bathroom remodel. I spoke to him Friday night and he was there Saturday morning to help me with my pipe. He was able to quickly locate and find where he needed to access the pipe - although he had to open up my wall, it was the only way to get to the pipe. He was able to fix the pipe and close up my wall in a very short amount of time. He did everything neatly and very clean. I appreciate his work and communication and will certainly use him for any kitchen/bath/plumbing need!
