They were profesional and curteous in addition to being reasonably priced. As an example, since some of the work had to be performed in both our dirty cellar and carpeted areas, they came with drop cloths to put on the carpeted areas to protect the carpetted areas. My sense is that their motto isn't just words to them: "I wouldn't do anything in your home that I wouldn't do in my own."

The service provided was top notch. I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend RAD Electrical!

Good work, reliable, quick and friendly

Wayne was awesome. Had an electrical switch/power problem and he was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and find a solution. He also explained what he was doing and why, which was great. Really showed that he loves what he does and takes pride in his work.

Wayne is a 5 plus star electrician. Job was to replace the a 1960s electrical panel. Great job!! Answered all questions, very considerate, prompt and returned calls, went above and beyond with quality and did all the small details. National grid Inspector Raved about how good and easy to inspect. All perfectly done. Highly recommend!!

Wayne worked around my schedule and was quick and efficient when at my home. He explained things to me and answered my questions regardless of how basic they were. Offered some suggestions for upgrades when I was ready to make them.

Wayne, was great..Quick response,very polite and curtious.. No delay with reply and setting up the estimate.. Went over every aspect of my electrical system very thoroughly and his knowledge was above and beyond.. I knew i picked the right company and that i was in safe hands..GREAT COMPANY!!! Mr. Wayne Dewey was both a gentleman and a professional. He was quick in his call back response to our initial request and gave a same day - on site free appraisal. His bid was by far the lowest of at least three competititors, and his workmanship was neat, professional, and expedient. Mr. Dewey is an A-1 Electrician, and his 'on the ball' work ethic is only surpassed by his down to earth sense of reality; in otherwords, he's a good person who knows he's trade. He gets an A+ for being trustworthy, fair, and professional.

Wayne was thorough and made suggestions that worked

They contacted me promptly and we set up a date. I was told that his rates were $50.00 per hour for travel time however because it was a one hour trip he could reduce the rate. We met on the selected date & time August 7, 2008 at 10:00 AM. After spending one hour testing the furnace circuits he said he would comtact the manufacturer. $150.00 later I received a call from him stating the Mfgr. could not help as the equipment was purged from their computer. He asked me to give him a one of the part numbers, which I did about a week later. I left this info on his answering machine. As of this date no answer. I will not use him ever!!!.

They did a great job and I would recommend them.
