+ -1 morethey stink, stink stink. install pool liner, pool has more craters than the moon and mars combined. installed pool pump, loose and wobbles. said they would fix liner, never heard from them again.

Description of Work: Promised to provide a weekly maintenance service for a quoted price that I agreed to on the spot. They never showed on the promised date. I made several calls to them, they made several promises, kept none of them, and never returned my last 2 calls. I was left to do it on my own. | |This from a company that I paid thousands to last year to replace my pool liner.

+ -1 morePlease see above. The services were not performed and the provider was very unprofessional in not responding to multiple requests for service. I would have great difficulty in recommending this provider to anyone given my recent experience.
Description of Work: The provider indicated that he could perform repair services and that parts were ordered. The repairs have not been completed to date. The provider has not responded to multiple phone and email messages. I will look elsewhere to have the services performed.

+ -1 moreWe had been using Prince Pool Services for a number of years with little or no complaint, but this year they started opening our pool and just stopped in the middle of it and would not answer any of our many placed phone calls. We used them for years for weekly pool cleaning and they warned us the guy they hired might not be any good, and he wasn't. He started cleaning our pool in May and it took him 4 weeks just to vacuum the pool and there was still dirt everywhere. We called them every other day the 2 weeks before today (July 3rd) asking if they were going to finish our pool (they have it rigged up to an electrical outlet) and clean it before the 4th (we're having a big party) and they would not bother to answer our inquiries. What is really bad is we know Bryan pretty well, as well as wife and daughter but nobody has bothered to contact us and the day before the party we are buying a pool vacuum and getting instructions on how to work with chemicals from a pool store. This is the poorest of professionalism in a business and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody, stay away, in fact.

Description of Work: brian has opened and closed my pool satisfacotally for three years. He installed a new pool heater for us. He opened our pool on June 17, this year. Due to poor health this year, I asked him in the winter to clean my pool when he opened it. he said he would return on june 20 or 21. He didn't. I have called every day since. he has not come or returned my calls. I have an open, green algae filled pool in stiflingly hot weather.It has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes. If he came and cleaned it right up, I would continue to call him each year. My patience is running out. Angie, please contact him for me.

+ -1 moreI called and they promised to come the next day to give an estimate to open my pool. No show. When I finally reached them again, they came but were 2 hours late. We agreed on a price and they were to do the work the next day. No show. No calls. Don't waste your time!
Description of Work: Don't bother to even try this company. They are extremely unprofessional; don't keep appointments; don't return phone calls.

+ -1 moreThey never returned any phone calls regarding the salt chlorinator, which apparently was a model that they were not familiar with. The woman that came out did a very good job of cleaning the pool but I was somewhat disappointed that they completely neglected the other part of why I called them. Fortunately I was able to figure out what was wrong with the machine myself so I fixed it. The price was fair and the quality of what they did was good.
Description of Work: I asked Prince Pool & Spa Service to look at my salt chlorinator because it was giving me an erroneous reading and I wanted the first cleaning of the season to be done by somebody else because it is always so time consuming when the cover comes off the pool. They did come and spend 3 hours vacuuming the bottom of the pool and made it nice.

+ -1 moreBryan was referred to me by Leslie's Pool Supplies, when I was unhappy with my existing pool person. Bryan answered his phone immediately, promptly returned phone calls and called me when he said he would. He was extremely professional and attentive. He quoted me a price over the phone and that was the final price. No surprises at the end. I am new to pool ownership and he took a lot of time with me to make sure all my questions were answered. He even stopped back AFTER he completed the work to make sure everything was going well and I knew how to operate the system properly. He went above and beyond and I am so happy that I asked for help at Leslie's and they referred me to Bryan. I was at my wit's end and Bryan was a Godsend.
Description of Work: Bryan and his electrician installed a Resilience Salt System to convert an inground pool to a saline system.
