The guys were awesome. They were careful not to destroy an of my plants, demolished old stairs and set new ones in one day as promised. They cleaned the area and you can tell they took pride in the work they do.

We had an excellent experience with Monocrete. They came to our house as scheduled, removed the old steps in front of our house and installed new steps and railings. They were careful to fit and level everything and were happy to answer our questions. The steps are sturdy and attractive and were a much better price than the several other quotes we got.

We were referred to Monocrete Steps Inc. by relatives who had concrete steps installed by them in the past. I contacted Monocrete Steps Inc. on 8/13/15 to obtain an estimate to replace our wood front porch steps with concrete steps. I spoke with Eric who advised that he would come out to give us an estimate within a week as he was very busy. I received a call on 8/17 from Eric with a price for the concrete steps with handrails on both sides. Eric advised that he would be able to install the steps within the week. While at work I received a call today (8/24/15) from Eric advising that the steps had been installed. Our new concrete steps (with handrails on both sides) are beautiful! Monocrete Steps Inc. removed all of the debris from the original wood steps. We would recommend Monocrete Steps Inc. to anyone who is looking for a company that does professional quality work at a fair price.

I called Eric on 8/5/14 to explain that another contractor had not completed my step replacement. (See review of WJS Masonry, very negative). Eric knew of the situation and offered to complete the project. On the 6th he and his men removed the devastation left from the previous contractor, set forms, poured the footing and cleaned up the mess. Today 8/8/14 we have beautiful new steps to welcome visitors to our home. One call. Three days later. New stairs. For you that review Angie's list, It takes at least a week for a "special" order set of stairs. Eric is very good, but he's not god. Give him a chance to give you a great product. I AM VERY PLEASED! And....Thank you Eric!

Eric is very busy and gave me an estimate of when he could get the stairs in. I was pleasantly surprised to come home to new stairs two days earlier than he stated.
