Jayce arrived quickly and had to drive close to 20 miles one way. Unclogged a gutter quickly and I told him on the phone it was a 5-minute job on-site, and it basically was. He dropped the price from $200 to $150. I thought it should have been lower but considering all the driving and that he said he was charged $22.50 by the service that factored in. Still think 125 would have been a fair price.

Is the first time I hired them and the last, I will not recommend to anybody

The contractor did a nice job installing the new deck boards and staining the deck. However, I am accustomed to contractors removing all debris at the completion of a project. However, this contractor left the old deck boards and nails on my lawn -- along with some trash. The contractor should let potential customers know that he will not remove debris prior to beginning a project. Now I will have to pay someone to remove the old boards, which is an expense I was not expecting. Moreover, the contractor became very defensive when I politely asked about removing the debris. I would not recommend this contractor based on his response to my inquiry regarding the debris.

The company's strong point is power/soft washing the exterior but staining the exterior of the log home was not there unless the owner's father was doing the work
