Description of Work: Front porch jacked up and repaired, 8 siding returns replaced and replacement of 6 interior doors.

Description of Work: We contacted Frank Germano in April with a request for screening in our front porch. He responded within a day of my first message and came a few days later to look over our job. While meeting with us, he made a suggestion that we have him replace the existing wood porch railings with pvc rails, so we would no longer have the chore of painting the wood- a great idea! He emailed us a detailed quote within a few days and his price was exactly what we had estimated the work should cost. The second contractor gave a quote that was almost double Frank's price. Frank was able to fit our small job in between some of his large projects and completed it in just 2.5 days. He installed pressure treated posts and then wrapped the posts in pvc trim boards so the look of the new porch is seamless. He then built custom screen frames for all the areas to be included in the new space. Finally, he hung a screen door for entry to the enclosed portion of the porch.

Description of Work: Total bathroom renovation down to the studs and base floor. Removal of all debris from old bathroom that was fully tiled. Drywall, ceiling and old doors were also discarded. Frank installed new tile for tub and floor, toilet, vanity, sink, lighting/fan, mirror and plumbing fixtures. He also hung new doors, trim and painted everything.

Description of Work: We completely renovated 2 bathrooms, replacing the tub, shower, vanities, sinks, toilets, etc. Installed new tile on the walls and floors. Changed the plumbing to support the new configuration. Painted and installed new fixtures, mirrors, towel bars, etc. Also installed new flooring in the kitchen.

Description of Work: Replaced an existing deck with trex and screened in the entire deck. Included a roof and gutters. The goal of the finished project was to be completely maintenance free..

Description of Work: Complete renovation of a full bathroom, including new vanity, enclosed tub and shower, and toilet. Frank did all gutting and removal of old appliances, framing, repositioning of electric and fixtures, tiling and painting.

Description of Work: Flat roof coating, siding on dormer and window wrap for dormer windows, various wood trim and cedar shake replacement, and replacement of hose spigot.

Description of Work: Remodled basement first project and second project built new deck on back of house and third project installed new replacement windows.

Description of Work: I have used FJG Contracting for several jobs over several years, from kitchen remodel, updated deck to screened in porch, new trex deck, replaced windows, tile work, new doors, installing ceiling fans, new wood floors through out downstairs, basically anything I have asked him to do he has and done with great quality, professional and great guy to work with. Description of Work: Frank built a second-story screened porch, balcony, and stairs for us. He also painted our entire house. (these were two separate jobs, about 10 months apart).

Description of Work: He came right away about 3 months ago but never called about an estimate. We wanted to put a roof over our deck. So now we need to get a contracter who will actually do the work.

Description of Work: Frank build a second story screened porch addition to our house. 16 ft X 14 ft. knotty pine wainscoating and ceiling, mahagony floors. Plus an exterior mahagony balcony and stairs. Entire job from digging the footings, to the roofing and siding, to electrical for lights and a ceiling fan, to all of the finish carpentry work.
