Nathan the general manager arrived on time and started to work immediately. He took about 1 1/2 hours to complete to work. he was courteous and professional. When he finished he made sure I was satisfied. I would use this company again. I have one problem that I feel is important for Angies list people to be aware of. The CO detector in the living area sounded shortly after Nathan started working. He stated that this tends to happen often on jobs. After he had finished, I had to go out for a hour. When I returned the CO detector upstairs was sounding. I belong to the local fire department and decided to borrow their multi gas meter. Now,when the meter reads over 50 ppm of CO our firefighters must wear their self contained breathing apparatus (scba's) The Co (carbon monoxide) read 55 ppm. This is not a good situation. If we didn't have detectors, who knows what might have happened. I truly believe this had nothing to do with the products he was using, but he needed to stretch a hose from his truck and the door was left open, CO from his exhaust entered the house. It took about an hour with windows open and fans running. to clear the house out. I also wrote to the company and made them aware of this.

I have used Dependable Carpet and Floor Cleaners several times before and have always been very satisfied with the finished product. Today was no exception! Nate called to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the early end of the appointment window. I had only made the appointment to have the carpets in the living room and ofice cleaned but asked Nate when he arrived if he would be able to clean the sofa and love seat for me. He went out of his way to accommodate me. I really appreciated that he took the time to include the sofa and love seat as they needed a good cleaning. The carpets came out great. They look almost brand new. Dependable uses a process that pulls most of the water out of the carpets and they dry really quickly. I will definitely be using Dependable again in the future. Very professional and friendly.

Nate came to my house and gave me an estimate. He worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted done, even though it wasn't and quot;standardand quot;. He returned 2 days later with Shane to do the job. The day he came to give me an estimate, he answered all of my questions and gave me some good suggestions. When they returned to actually do the job, they worked quickly and thorougly. The biggest thing I noticed, compared to others that I have hired in the past to do the same thing, is that my carpets took a lot less time to dry out. They spent a lot of time and effort pulling as much water out of the carpets as they could. Best thing, at such a great price, I can afford to do this kind of cleaning once or twice a year! Dependable Carpets did an excellent job. They arrived promptly and were ready to go. We had requested that they clean only the main traffic areas, and I was quoted a and quot;per square footand quot; price. They measured and the final bill was exactly as expected. They do have a minimum cost, but that was not an issue for the amount of carpet that I needed cleaned. We had already moved most of the furniture out of the rooms. They treated a few stained areas and then cleaned the traffic areas that I had requested. It was a very cold day, and they were concerned about leaving my front door ajar for their hoses, but that was not a problem. They also asked about pets because the door would be open. I thought that was a nice gesture. The carpets turned out beautifully. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Nate was able to provide a written estimate for my condo on a day's notice. A few days later, Nate and Shane arrived promptly on time to begin the carpet cleaning and linoleum waxing. We had a few stubborn stains including fruit juice which the guys removed. The total visit last about 90 minutes and were very attentive to detail and upheld their promises to remove the stains. I highly recommend Dependable Carpet and Floor Cleaners.

Gerry and Shane came on time and were here less than two hours. They were both courteous and friendly; taking time to get to know us (and our rabbit). I made the call to Dependable on Monday, and now, on Friday, the job is done. We happily recommend them.

They were wonderful. I left the rugs out on my front porch along with an Angie's coupon. They were picked up when they said they would. I received a call telling me there was one stain that did not totally come out. They worked it three times using three different products (I do not see the spot so - happy happy) They called and left the rugs on my front porch. Wonderful services and willdefinitely use again!

t a I had contacted Dependable Carpet and Floor Cleaners two weeks before I wanted my carpets cleaned. The day before the scheduled appointment, I got a phone call..... Indicating that the tech had just gotten notice of the appointment and could not make it (family commitments) and that they come out the following week to clean the carpets. Unfortunately, I was leaving very early the following morning for a 2 week trip to Europe ….. When I got back, it appeared that Dependable Carpet and Floor Cleaners had been by to clean the carpets…….though they had not confirmed the schedule with me. When I attempted to reschedule the appointment…. I did not get any response. I have used Dependable Carpet and Floor Cleaners in the past…. They did good work, but I now have to question how dependable they really are.

I moved out of my old apartment and before leaving I had the carpets cleaned. The landlord said that the carpets had been professionally cleaned before I moved in, but now I don't believe that because after the Dependable Carpet guys got done the carpet looked better than it ever had. Their equipment is commercial grade and uses high pressure/temperature water along with a high suction vacuum to clean the carpets. Excellent job! If you are looking for carpet cleaners look no further. The guy said that the rate was $0.45 a square foot, which they measured, but since all the furniture was already gone and out of the way I was charged $0.35 sq/ft.

It went very well. My living room carpet is a light color and it came out very well. It had quite a few stains in it too. The kitchen carpet was very dirty with some stains and that looks brand new.

We had an appointment scheduled between 3:00PM and 4:00 PM At 2:20 they called and said that they were done with the previous appointment early and wanted to know if it was convient for them to come early. They arrived about 10 minutes later and explained the 4 step process, measured the area and gave me the final price. (which included a Angie's list discount of $25.00) They completed the rugs and chair in a very professional manner. After finishing the cleaning, they explained the drying process and gave us and quot;bootiesand quot; to put on while walking on the carpet until it is finished drying. The stains were removed on all surfaces. We would recommend them to anyone who needs the service of a carpet and upholstery cleaners. 046300

I found Dependable on Groupon and, of course, checked Angie's List as well. Dependable was professional, unbelievably punctual, friendly and did a wonderful job cleaning some pretty worn carpets.(I had them clean the stairs in addition to the areas that were covered on the Groupon.) They spent an hour and a half cleaning three areas thoroughly. I will use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Overall, they were good. There was a spot on the carpet in one of my rooms, and I did not even ask them to get it out because I assumed it would be there forever. They worked on it really hard and were able to remove it completely, and they did that without even telling me they were going to work on it or asking me about it. I did not even have to ask them to take care of it, and they just did. It was a pleasant surprise.

First contacted them by email to get estimate of work to be performed since we had a Groupon deal for their services and we had additional cleaning that we wanted done. They responded the same day with a price for the additional cleaning. Shortly afterwards, we called to make an appointment and they scheduled us for the next day. They arrived early for the appointment (after calling first). Both men were very professional and courteous. We are very happy with the results. Old stains and dirt spots are gone and the rugs look better than they have in years.

Jerry explained the process that he was going to use to clean the floors. They use a high powered pressure wash. They were meticulous as far as protecting the entire area, including baseboards and cabinets, by using plastic wrap and tape. The floor had a lot of residue from wear and tear over the years. ( I did do some tooth brush and steel brush cleaning myself this morning to try to clean what their machine missed.) . Jerry came with a brush this morning and did some touch up cleaning, as well. The cleaning was done in one day( yesterday). The floor had to dry completely. They came back this morning to put on one coat of sealer . They came back again this afternoon to put on the second coat. In the future I would ask them in advance, when they move furniture out of a room do they schedule time to replace it.. However, I would not say that that is a major issue. They were prompt, courteous, neat ( even put a rug out side the front door to put their equipment on) and overall a pleasure to deal with. They are just as their name says Dependable!
