Description of Work: Repaired furnace and created custom repair part no longer available. I had two other companies out and one did a 'fix' when they said it was repaired and another said nothing was wrong. Zehr identified the problem, found a part, modified it to work with my current furnace and no issues since. Only company I use now.

+ -1 moreDon't ask for anything other than what is scheduled. He will not go off script or even entertain what you need done. I asked for an estimate for potentially thousands of dollars of work. I called many times to get the estimate and got ignored. I finally had to get someone else.Today I called because my boiler quit yesterday (weekend). I even asked if they couldn't come just say no and I will call someone else. The girl on the phone was short with me and rude.I will not waste my time calling zehr any more. I have been blown off by them too many times. I just really figured it made sense to have the installer maintain and back their product??
Description of Work: Originally installed my boiler system. After installation I had a few problems and when I called I got the blow off. Finally after I talked to an older lady in the office zehr showed up.

Description of Work: Mr. Zehr made two visits. The first was to repair my Carrier heating and airconditioning furnace which would not stay on. He was recommended by another repair person who not able to fix the unit. He repaired the unit quickly and professionally. I then asked him to recommend a separate air filtration system to attach to the furnace. He recommended an excellent product. He installed it and filled out the paperwork for me to receive a rebate from the company. I highly recommend him.

This eased my husband's mind knowing that he had one less thing to worry about while he was gone. They provide excellent service and highly recommend the company.
