Description of Work: The rep sent me a box in the mail with instructions to self install what they said was "high speed" internet using a dsl modem. The install was rather simple but the connection was the slowest I have ever dealt with and would not stay connected. The rep I called and spoke to about it said it would be faster than twc cable internet because I would not have to share bandwidth with others on the street and I would have a direct connection to them but that was a very bad experience and I disconnected the service within 4 days.
