The biggest problem was lack of communications. We waited, waited etc. with us calling every week, and suddenly they appeared. Neil explained that he couldn't get his own hydraulic rig into the location so another fellow was going to do the actual drilling. The result was a series of four hour days, spotty off days interspersed. Eventually, the goal was achieved and decent water was found. The driller said he was going to drill another 10 feet, but two days later simply packed up and left, without bailing the well to help remove sediment. SWBG however was extremely efficient, and did an admirable job of cleaning up the mess and getting the system up and running. Main contractor A, subcontractor C-. Do we have water? Yes

We tried to discuss the bill with him, but he said to pay it or he'd see us in court and walked out! Basically, him and his guys came over for 20 minutes and didn't fix the issue or see the busted hose that they had to walk right past to get to the house! We tried calling him the next day and he didn't answer. A couple of weeks later he left us a message saying that we needed to pay the bill or see him in court. He also commented on how he couldn't believe that the military would hire someone like my husband who doesn't pay his bills and is no gentleman...basically he was VERY RUDE!!!! We contacted a lawyer who said to pay $50 and send a letter explaining why we thought it should be payment in full seeing that he never discussed a fee with us and he didn't fix the issue. We did that and then he sent the remaining amount of the bill to a bill collector. We contacted the company and resolved the issue for another $50 ($100 total). When we contacted the bill collector and a few lawyers, they all said that they knew of him and had heard of several issues with him. My opinion is NOT to use this man! He is rude, will not talk about his bills and tries to pressure you to pay an outrageous amount (I called many other local well workers, and they ALL said that they would do it from free-$90 and would have worked with me until we found the solution) that was never discussed for an issue that he didn't resolve.
