 + 0 moreThe quality was fine. ?Sometimes it was a little hard to get a hold of them. ?They were very straightforward. ?They were decent. ?They did good work. ?They could improve by being able to get a hold of them easier.
Description of Work: They repaired a kitchen sink and checked the roof out. They went up there and checked on the shingles. The replaced the faucet.

 + -1 moreEverything was fixed to my satisfaction. There were several delays due to many days of rain.This was beyond the control of the contractor and eventually the weather cooperated so the job could be completed. I would hire them again without hesitation.
Description of Work: I had a partial roof collapse with extensive damage inside and out due to rot from a long term hidden water leak in the roof.They had to rip out all the rot,fix some structural wood,and refoof the affected area. They also sheetrocked the inside of the room in the damaged area.They also did some siding work and Installed 2 screen doors.

 + -1 moreTheir estimate was substantially lower than the next lowest bid. The crew worked efficiently and, on more than one occasion, in the rain. The job was completed in a timely fashion and looks sharp. The boss was courteous and took into account all of my concerns. They removed every scrap of debris.
Description of Work: Re-shingled garage and almost entire house.

Description of Work: Clarence is awesome! A true professional. I have utilized his services for a brick walkway, shingle replacement, a new floor and cabinet installations, and all repairs twice for flood damages to my home. Clarence is so honest and trustworthy that I gave him the keys to my home as I had to PCS with the Army, and he completed all repairs on time and so well the property manager asked for his number for her use with her company. I wish I could take Clarence with me on all our moves. Call him. You will not be disappointed.
