Description of Work: There was a problem with my furnace and since I purchase fuel from them I thought I'd try their service dept. I am very familiar with HVAC systems and some of their service people think that they can say anything and the customer will believe it; for instance the tech who tried telling me the line on a flex cam was a crack in my heat exchanger, I later dis-assembled the heat exchanger and there was no crack where he indicated. So my furnace was "red tagged" meaning essentially it was illegal to operate. Fine, I bought a new furnace (from someone else who also installed it). Now since I was a "will call" customer, I had no charge account so I had to pay, cash or check, for everything; fuel, service, what ever. Then 3 or 4 months later I get a bill in the mail saying I had an outstanding bill. I ignored it thinking they made a mistake and they will find it. I get another bill with interest so I called and explained I that I have to pay before you leave because I'm will-call - no exceptions for my account. The man said no problem, I'll take care of it. A month later I get another bill with more interest. I stop by the office and explain it again and show them my cancelled check for the service call that "red tagged" my furnace. He said he'll take care of it. Another month or so I get another bill threatening collection. I stop by the office again and tell them to produce the bill in question. I told them to show me a bill that DOES NOT have a "paid with check" in the amount of...etc. They "couldn't find it". So, the lesson here is, they may be good at delivering fuel and pricing, but service and billing, they were very, very poor.

Description of Work: I have a service contract with them which is $100 a quarter so I don't pay for my service. Their service people are very punctuation, professional and friendly. Prices for product is higher then most other companies (Propane, fuel oil ect) this is why I will be changing.

Description of Work: The service provider performed diagnostics on our furnace, which was malfunctioning. They determined the cause of the problem and performed a temporary fix while we decided on whether or not to replace the entire furnace, which we chose to do and with this provider (work not yet scheduled).

Description of Work: AC filter needed to be cleaned and needed more refrigerant. They did great work and were very knowledgable, but they didn't solve the refrigerant problem (or even check the levels) the first time they came out. I had to call and have them come back for a second appointment. However, they waived the service fee for the second visit and only charged me for the refrigerant.

Description of Work: No heat, they checked the system and found the transforner to be defective. Replaced item and we had heat. The serviceman was very professional and explained what he was doing. Great response that we really appreciated. Would use if needed in the future.

Were concerned about our cat, whether he would go outdoors while they had door open to bring in supplies. Took care of bee/hornet nest discovered outside near a/c unit placement.
