+ -1 moreAfter selecting the tile, I called for clarification of installation details. A nice woman answering the phone was pleasant and took the details of my questions, but I never received a return call or the missing information. I called and left messages three times and she was sympathetic when I told her I was awaiting a call-back, but still no return call. I was very disappointed to go through the product selection, getting measurements and trying to complete the order when an installer or manager couldn't return a phone call about a final detail. I found another shop to do the work.
Description of Work: I was looking for linoleum tile to be installed in my house. Cota would sell the tile and install it.

+ -1 moreAfter the installation Dave Kitto and his helper took the time to vaccume the new carpet. They were very polite, they did a very nice job and went above and beyond and helped me move the heavier peices of furniture back into the rooms and set up the TV.
Description of Work: I purchased two rooms of carpet with padding, I went to Cota flooring with paint chips for the wall color for the two rooms, The employee spent the necessary time with me to pick the best color to match the carpet, explained the different styles of carpet and padding. They arranged for the removal of the existing carpet, padding and the installation of the new carpet and padding.
