The above review who claimed $10,000 of damage took Conley's Rental to court for $5,000. Watertown City Judge, after hearing the testimony and looking at all the evidence, found Conley's liable for nothing. This ruling was made in April 2015 and is a matter of public record. The company cant make their thousands of tenants and hundreds of owners happy all the time (no company can) but they definitely try...regardless of how complaint prone some people are.

They managed my property for three years while I was out of the country. During this time I was never notified of major damages done to my house by the first tenants that Conley's supposedly screened. I came home to at least $10,000 dollars in repairs and maintenance that was never done and I still have not fixed everything. Under our contract they were to notify us of damages and inspect the property when tenants left. Some of the damages are as follows burn marks in carpets, coloring on the walls, trash all over yard, trash left in house, there were mouse traps in every cabinet, ant infestation, burn marks on deck, electrical wires cut, dog urine in laundry room, missing property, damages to fence, damages to pool, and damages to my fire places. I returned in February to a leaking roof and a falling down chimney I was never notified of. The worst part is security deposits were collected from at least one tenant but none of the damages were repaired. I am just thankful I was not gone longer because I would not have had a house to come back to, The only thing they did in fact do is collect the rent. If you like your house go with someone else.

|Immediately upon our arrival to Fort Drum, NY, we quickly discovered there were a shortage of quality rental properties that met our needs. We were looking for a pet friendly 3/2 with a two-car garage and a few acres for that feeling of living in the country. | |At the time there were only two properties that meet our needs and Conley's Rental Management had the one we really wanted. What we didn't know then that we wished we'd never experienced was Conley's amazing first impression customer service. Yes, that's right, our first impressions of Conley's was great. Their new customer processes were neat and efficient. We had keys in hand ready and were ready to move in just minutes after we arrived. | |Unfortunately, our first impressions were exactly opposite of our lasting impressions. After 13 months of suffering repeated disappointments from ignored and unfinished maintenance service requests we finally realized this company really doesn't care about their properties or their tenants. | |So, if you ask me, I would not recommend Conley's Rental Management to anyone looking for a property to rent or who are looking for a residential property manager.
Description of Work: My husband is an officer in the Army and our family has experienced living in many different states and in every region of the US. So, I'm a very experienced house-hunter with more than reasonable expectations of my property manager. |
