Description of Work: Great inspector did the full inspection. Took pictures of any issues. I had the pdf file that evening after the inspection. Fast and reliable. Very professional, I would recommend Beacon to anyone looking for a home inspector.

Description of Work: Work performed was quite adequate. The only issue was that the inspector spoke to the seller when he shouldn't have as he was hired by us, the buyer. The information given to the seller almost broke the deal.

Beacon Home Inspection was recommended and we called and spoke with Ken about services to be performed and booking him for our home inspection. He was polite and courteous on the phone and was able to quickly and easily explain the entire process. He was extremely flexible in scheduling and was able to meet us on the weekend. His rates were excellent and he offers a military discount. During the inspection I followed him around and asked questions. He was very professional and explained everything to me in detail, but with a simplicity that anyone could understand. Without skimping on the professionalism he also had a down to earth demeanor and great sense of humor that made him enjoyable and easy to work with.
Description of Work: Home inspection to identify issues before purchasing a home. Inspected interior and exterior, roofs, rafters, floors, joists, basement, crawl space, attic, windows, walls, electrical, kitchen, plumbing, heating, gas fireplace, etc.
