Water was leaking into my basement from a partially collapsed doorway from leading in from cellar door. D&S and came in and rebuilt the portion of the wall with hydraulic cement and stopped the leaks. The work was done on time and as promised. The results were better than expected.

My porch needed to be repaired while we were trying to sell our house. D&S got it looking good for a reasonable price.

It went fine. The new drive way looks outstanding, I could not be happier. This is the third project that I have had D&;S work on and all have been handled quickly and proficiently and at a very good price. Steve and his people are always polite and respect my property. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone their work is top notch and at a fair price,

We signed an invoice with everything that was going to be done on June 26th, we gave him a deposit on June 29th he cashed that on June 30th. He started the job on July 6th, and everything was going great. He started the siding job. He told us that he works 9-5 every day. He has been late most days, takes a 2 hour lunch, and then packs up early. He has missed several days due to supposed rain delays. He took a side job during the middle of our job. Three weeks ago he took three boxes of siding to return, claiming that they were damaged. I called the supplier, nothing was ever returned. For the past two weeks we've been waiting on materials that he claims have been ordered. I contacted those suppliers, and nothing has ever been ordered. He put a new roof on, but didn't install flashing correctly. So, we're wary of possible leaks. He also attempted to tell us that our house is historical, and he wouldn't be able to work on it. Our house is not historical, just older. He sided the porch incorrectly. My husband asked him to fix it and he wouldn't do so. There is a piece of siding on the back of our garage that he just installed that has fallen down at least twice already. He is blaming several other people for problems that have arisen and won't take any credit. I have contacted the BBB and the NFIB, and found that he is not accredited with either, even though he advertises that he is. It is still advertised as such on the Angie's List website. He has not been to our home in over a week. We have seen him in the neighborhood working on a project that he got because of the work at our home. He was supposed to be on site at our house today to continue working, he promised to be here by noon and never showed up and won't answer my husband.

I call on D & S Home Improvements because they are professionals and stay committed to a job until its finished. If a follow up needs to be done, they make themselves available to perform that follow up.ASAP. I was pleased at the outcome of this job because the pump was installed to my expectations and in a timely manner. After installing the pump, they also took the time to open up the basement drain that was plugged which I considered to be above and beyond my expectations. They clean up well when the job is done..

Was great ! Reliable and well worth the call. We have lots more to do and Ill call Dand S again !

They showed up on time and even met our specific time constraints. I have some problems with the final and quot;finishand quot; in that certain refinements were overlooked. In their defense, however, I ordered the materials elsewhere and when the wood arrived there was only one day left to get it installed before our drop dead date. Perhaps with more time the small stuff would have been done with more care. That said, I am still satisfied with the work they did and their willingness to meet a tough schedule.

They were professional. They were neat communicated well, polite. and a pleasure to work with. The job was professional and looks fantastic.

This is my second review for this local contractor.Just simply wonderful service and very reasonably price.Would absolutely do business again !

very poor Steve Pollot was late most days and didn't know how to do the work. We have had to hire a plumber to fix his work. Mess up putter in new small shower. It has cost us a lot more money to have his work corrected.
