Description of Work: It went very well. The manager arrived to give us a quote because we had many more windows that was in the proposal. The men arrived on time, did the work and we paid exactly what the quote was to do all of the windows in the house.

Description of Work: They called to schedule and told us they would be here and gave us a date. Unfortunately that day they did not show up. I called and he forgot to write it down, so they came the following week.One man showed up to clean windows and screens. Very professional and polite. 8 windows were Pella that tilt and one was a Pella window over the kitchen sink with a crank. 2 windows were over the back atrium door. Windows were cleaned and I could not tell if the screens were cleaned as they were not removed. only 3 of all the window sills on the Pella windows looked like they were wiped off. All the rest of the window sills were still dirty with a lot of dirt in the corners, just like before he came. The outside of the windows over the atrium door were cleaned as he got out a step stool to put on the patio to reach them. The inside of these windows were not cleaned. For these reasons I gave them a C. Next time I will try someone else.

Description of Work: Power washed the house, and the deck, and washed exterior windows. When the power washing of the deck wasn't going to strip off old product like we had thought it would, they backed off the job saying they couldn't do what they thought, and lowered the price that was originally quoted. All was very fair, and honest, and great work. The deck just proved to be in worse shape then originally thought.
