Good - two employees came out and used a ladder to get on my roof and access the gutters to be cleaned from the roof.

They show up exactly when they say, their prices are quite reasonable and they do a good job. Their very reliable very good, cost are well in line and I've already used them twice and I would definitely use them again.

It hasn't--they have not contacted me for service.

They came back late in the day. They said they couldn't stay, that a truck had broken down, and they had to go rescue that truck for some reason or another. They just were not good at what they did. They sent a couple of kids over. One of them did the job, the other one stood around with his cell phone and watered some of the garden. I also had some stuff on my patio downstairs and they said they couldn't move it. It took 5 minutes with Standard Window Cleaning to move the stuff out of the way. Well, less than 5 minutes and these kids weren't willing to do that. It's like they were just there to use up their time. And also, I didn't want them to do the inside of the windows, just the outside of the windows, so they didn't have a big challenge there. The guy came out originally, and we had to wait for 2 or 3 weeks for them to schedule us in, and then when they said that they couldn't finish the windows on that last day, because they had to go and rescue somebody else, I called to reschedule the rest of the job and they wanted me to wait another 2 to 3 weeks. I didn't want to wait 6 weeks to have my windows washed. I just didn't feel like we were treated business-like.

Cleaners arrived slightly late, but otherwise did a great job. It was wonderful to see clearly through windows we have not been able to reach.

The two workers were prompt, professional and answered many questions. They also provided great advice.

Response time for estimate and job were excellent. No complaints.

Joe, the owner, came out to estimate the job. He was easy to reach and super friendly. I had purchased a groupon which covered most of the cost. The 2 guys that came out were friendly but to be honest just did a cursory job. I had them redo the kitchen window indoors so only then did he use a scraper type thing. I also called because they missed the lower level Windows. Joe said they usually weren't included in the "whole house service" but he sent the guys back and they finished the job, which I appreciated.

Only one guy showed up "2nd guy had an illness that day". So it took the one guy about 4 hours to get the whole job done. But the windows were clean when he was done.

My windows have never looked better. I have used Professionals for over 25 years but I have never found a company that did as good a job as Window Genie. The young men who came were polite and thorough and they took off their shoes when they came inside the house. I will continue to hire them and have already recommended them to several others.

The technician did a great job. He worked quickly to clean the inside and outside of the windows, as well as the screens. He even removed his work boots while in my house. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable with him in my home. I would use them again.

On April 17, I purchased a daily deal for window washing through Angie's List--no mention on the deal of a territory restriction. On April 19 Joe called me to say since I was out of his area he would need to schedule me when he has someone else near-by in the town right next to mine--I am literally at the border of that town. He stated if I could be flexible with the dates he could probably get to me within the next few weeks. On May 23 I called him and he said he really doesn't do my area and he had scheduled no one near me within the past six weeks. Then he said he had just scheduled another customer "only 5 minutes ago" in the town next to mine for June 7--a day I have meetings that I cannot miss. Bottom line, Angie's List is refunding my money and I will find another company to do the work that I want done six weeks ago. I strongly recommend that Window Genie of Clifton Park make its restrictions known in its advertising with Angie's List. When I suggested this to Joe, he said it was the fault of the Angie's List people, not his.

Joe, the owner, was very responsive and accommodated our precarious scehdule due to painting that had to be done first - weather permitting. Tyler, who did the cleaning, did an excellent job. Showed up on time, worked continuously and very conscientiously. The windows on this old house have never looked better. We are very pleased.

The crew did a beautiful job and Joe, the crew manager was exceptionally helpful when I needed help removing an old storm window that was in need of repair. I would definitely recommend the window genie services to others and I intend to use the service in the future.

Arrived at appointed time. The two man crew was very well organized; were able to clean windows without drastically cooling the house.Windows were spotless; would hire again.

I will have to tell you the window were spotless. They were absolutely beautifully clean. We had some issues, you know the wooden grills in the windows that fit in and there like pins that push in on either side, and he did a very poor job of putting those in so that they would stay and I know it's a pain in the neck to do that but did a poor job of that. He left a lot of wet spots, muddy spots, dirty spots on the floor and I have like off white carpet upstairs so definitely noticeable. I did call him back and he did remove the spots. I did the ones on the wood floor, they were easy, but some of it on the carpeting I just decided I wasn't going to do it. So, you know, it's kind of a mixed bag. I would have them again but I would make them put something down. There were no additional costs. He came out New Year's Eve. I thought the price was good. He was real good it was just I didn't notice the spots until he was gone. I would tell a friend that he did a beautiful job on the windows but he may leave spots on the floor.

OK. They left two windows in a different state then they found them in, and didn't bother to tell me about it. The manager/owner came by to fix the windows/resolve the situation, which I very much appreciated. The crew also had to be reminded to finish cleaning a second story window before they left (luckily I caught them before the left the driveway).

I can't praise this contractor enough. They arrived on time, set to work immediately and did a great job. I will definitely use this contractor again and recommend them to my friends. The Angie's List deal was for 20 windows. I had 11 windows, 6 with half storms, wood and on the first floor. Each storm was counted as a window. So that gave us 17windows. I did not have them do the interior windows, only those I couldn't manage or required a ladder. This was well worth the money. The crew was polite and hard working. My windows look great.

Window Genie cleaned the windows at a business. They did a great job! Their employees conducted themselves professionally during the service, and their appearance was professional, as well. The cleaning did not interfere with our daily business, and the results were excellent. They were efficient and professional. Very happy with this company.
