Randy was prompt and professional. He waterproofed my basement walls and replaced my basement windows. He did outstanding work within the time frame he had projected. I have already recommended him to friends who need similar work done. I look forward to working with him again.

Randy and his crew did a great job on removing and rebuilding our crumbling and out of code front entrance staircase and walkway. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and professional from the initial quote through to the last day of the job. Getting in touch with Randy via texts was simple and his response was immediate...(even on the weekends!). The crew were respectful of our property and the finished job looks amazing! The best compliment we received was "Your entrance now looks like it always should have!". Obviously the work was just done and is new but it looks like it will last a long time. Thank you Randy and crew!

Excellent work

Nice people. Seemed to know what they were doing. Clean-up was a disaster. I had several sidewalk slabs ground down on the ends because they were heaved from tree roots. Lots of cement dust as a result of the grinding. Their clean-up strategy was to use the hose and try to move all the cement dust to who knows where. All they did was spread cement dust all down my sidewalk and onto the citys sidewalk. My car - which was a good 30 feet from where they were working - was covered on the hood, windshield and passenger side with cement water. Thankfully, it came off at the car wash. I called them to express my concerns and was told someone would be there over that weekend to clean up. It looked like someone tried to clean up about a 6-inch square and gave up. I have heard nothing for a week. I have spent hours trying to clean up the mess and am still not done. A shopvac would have made a 20-minute job of cleaning up the originally dry cement dust. Be cautious if you hire them.

Randy and crew did an excellent job on my side steps. Also when the job was completed they cleaned everything up. I would definitely recommend them again.

Great experience with this company. Randy was knowledgeable and gave us a quote in a few days. Work began within the next week, and even though it was more work than they first thought, they stayed for an extra two days and completed the work at no extra charge. My crumbling foundation was repaired and reinforced with wire mesh and the broken basement windows were replaced and look like new, I'm very happy with the work. My neighbor was so impressed that she asked me who did it, because she needs work done. One thing to keep in mind if you are having basement windows redone is to make sure you ask about the wood framing, whether it needs to be replaced, and how much that would cost. I was fortunate to be able to have the rotten wood frames removed completely and the windows installed without them, but the reframing was not included in the original quote. Randy was very easy to work with and the crew was polite, I would definitely hire them again, but I think their work will be sound and sturdy for years.

I needed emergency repairs to the outside of my brick house. The estimate from R&R was the most reasonable (most other masonry contractors refused to come out in the middle of winter or their estimates were outrageous). R&R wes able to start the work immediately and completed the work quickly. The crew was very pleasant and professional, and cleaned up after the work was done. Very pleased customer!

My first experience with masonry repair, so all I can tell you is that the end result of filling holes and skim-coating of the wall base in my garage looks very nice. Randy and his crew were professional and easy to talk to, answering all my questions. They were very considerate of surrounding areas, including the driveway. I made an extra request as they were getting ready to leave and Randy and the crew completed my request with no problems/issues (although it was a Saturday and I'm sure they wanted to start their weekends).

This is a family owned business and truly very professional, sincere., and honest. We had old concrete steps/walkway removed from our the front of our house and replaced with stamped concrete. . Randy and his entire crew did a outstanding job. They worked diligently and in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them. They will make the appearance of your home look like a million dollars as they did ours.

After they resurfaced our front porch concrete and added a concrete step-down from our patio, we had them re-seal our stamped concrete patio. They did an excellent job. Unlike others, they applied two coats of sealant. we were so very satisfied with their work that we then asked them to replace our walkway that had pavers with stamped concrete. These guys are real pros! They work totally as a team. Each guy has his own specialty, but they all can pretty much do anything that involves concrete. They work hard even in extreme heat. We are extremely satisfied with their work and recommend them totally.

R&R Masonry is the best, from the office manager Robyn, to the entire crew. An estimate was given promptly after my initial call for a quote (very reasonably priced). The job was scheduled and started within days. I was promptly notified when the cement company was delayed, at no fault to Randy and his crew. Randy and his crew were professional, informative and in constant communication throughout the entire process. A concrete slab for a shed and a patio were expertly crafted with a personal touch. The crew even moved a shed and gazebo, after they cleaned up! My neighbors have even commented on how much they like their work! A HUGE bonusâ ¦ the entire crew is dog friendly! They were welcoming of my dog roaming around while they were working, and even gave him belly rubs! I plan to use R&R Masonry for all of my future home renovations!

Randy and all his associates were respectful. Professional, hardworking and open to questions and needs.

Please be cautious when hiring R and R Masonry. They put in stairs and a walkway for us. Most of it honeycombed. They said no problem, they would fix it. They came and made it worse. Now it looks as sloppy as a child who frosted a cake with the wrong color. They also splattered that wrong color all over the walkway and stairs. They did come back to â clean the splatter which only left huge discolored stains. Randy himself promised to come back and fix the sloppy stairs and the discoloration. Multiple promises of coming. Multiple texts to him and NOTHING. After speaking to other masons, we will have to tear out the whole project and start over. They saw even more structural problems. Be careful. My job was never posted on Facebook for a reason. Look closely at the other jobs. I have never taken anyone to court but this was extremely frustrating. The court was in my favor and mine is not the first lawsuit he has lost.

They were very attentive to the problem and started on an unexpected problem I had with the foundation right away. Everyone on the team was very nice and respectful. I plan on having them come back in the spring to pour a patio pad.

Hard workers. Excellent communicator, Underestimated time to complete job. Improvement needed in attention to safety factors and tidiness of work site.

These guys did a great job repairing my garage floor. Very professional. They showed up exactly on time with a crew that was ready to work and started right in.They completed the job at the time they estimated and were back the next day to remove the forms and finish up.Also, this is one of two contractors out of 14 that I called that actually called back and showed up for the appointment. Randy called and showed up for the appointment and gave me a proposal on the spot, I'm sure that those other contractors work is no better than their customer service.

R and R Masonry is not a professional company. The owner, Randy Mysliwiec, left my yard and my driveway a mess. Work took at least a week longer than expected due to equipment breakdowns and claims that cement was **unavailable** Large clumps of sod removed to create a 45? sidewalk in the front yard were dumped under pines trees at the back of my fenced property. When I emailed Randy with pictures he acted shocked, blamed his employees, and said it would be cleaned up. Apparently by cleaned up he meant the large clumps of sod would be turned grass side down. When I complained again he simply threw the clumps over my fence onto my neighbors property. These werent small clumps, each pile was a foot higher and two to three feet wide. Randy acted annoyed at me complaining and told me the sod would simply break down over time. I was quoted and paid TO HAVE SOD REMOVED from my property. How dare he act like it was a nuisance request. The crew left water bottles, cinder blocks, and tools all over the lawn for two weeks. I had to move them to mow the lawn. A dumpster and bags of cement sat in my driveway for two weeks as well. After it rained I was left with large spots of hardened cement runoff on 50ft of my driveway. Randy told me the site will stop looking like a work site when they are done. I have pictures and emails to back this up. Complete nightmare. I would not hire this company again. This guy has some nerve. I am still debating small claims court due to concrete spots left on my side ing and stains on my driveway.

They did excellent work and addressed all of my concerns. They gave me estimates for additional work.
