The Lignin group took on a very large six figure landscape project at a multi million dollar estate I was renovating in millbrook NY. He immediately had great ideas , and had no problem being able to work with our budget , and make the estate look fantastic. We went from a property neglected for years to an amazing estate in a few short weeks. We had many unique challenges, such as lack of water on the site, grading issues , previously poorly done renovations, and Blake was able to help us solve all the problems and save us money where it counted and focus on spending money where it mattered. I can confidently say that he was one of the shining stars of our two year long renovation, and we wouldnâ t have had the positive outcome we did without his assistance.
