Simple Electrical

Angi called and referred me to Simple Electrical and this was a disaster. I had a problem with an outlet so he came to check it out. He also looked at the circuit panel. While he did that the power was going off in various different rooms. While he changed the outlet we went around checking to be sure everything worked. I turned the clothes dryer on and it smelt like rubber. All I heard is that you must have done something because it wasn't me. At this point I was very nervous and asked him to leave. He did not charge me. I in turn had to search for another electrician to come check over what he did - this had to be an emergency call being it was a Friday night after hours. The new electrican mentioned the outlet he put in was wired wrong. I was charged $200.00 for an emergency call. I believe Angi should refund me on this charge. I hope to hear from Angi themselves.
