By the end of the home inspection you will have a clear picture, feel, and understanding of the home and we encourage your questions before, during and after the inspection. Before the home inspection, we will summarize what we’re going to inspect. During, we will point out and explain findings & make maintenance suggestions. After the home inspection we will explain what we found so that you may put things in perspective when you get the inspection report. We want your complete understanding & no surprises.

Sam was prompt and professional. He took his time (almost four hours) going over each nook and cranny of the home we are purchasing. Follow up emails were courteous and clear. Strongly recommend this service if you’re in the market for a home inspection in New York.

Sam spent almost 4 hours inspecting a home my husband and I have an accepted offer on. He answered all our questions throughout the inspection. He took his time and went over all areas of the home several times to make sure he did not miss anything. The report we received the next day was extremely detailed and very clear. His suggestions and thoughts were presented in a clear and easy to understand manner. He took a lot of photos throughout the inspection and included both photos and diagrams in his final report to illustrate any areas of concern. We fully understand all the issues this home has and feel very informed as we move forward in the home buying process.
Description of Work: Sam provided us with a very detailed inspection of a home we are looking to purchase.
