I would never recommend them. I hired them (Steven Ziurhide and Lorraine Ott) to do a roof replacement and a clean out of rubbish on the same property. The roof work was sloppy and they required constant calling to make sure they, one showed up for the job and two were getting work done. The work contracted required them to remove all of the debris. They assured me it would be removed and claimed that an errant worker was responsible for the debris being left. 1 year later, it still sits on the lot. The cleaning out of debris was another nightmare. They took twice as long as it should have taken. The neighbor across the street was approached late at night by their workers looking for drugs so they can stay up all night because they had to work to meet a deadline the city gave me to clean up the place. They required constant monitoring and they do sloppy work. I would strongly recommend that everyone stay away from them. I would not be surprised if they are running under a different name by now.
