Joe was very nice and called back when ask to confirm. That's a big one. He identified the problem on short notice before a holiday weekend and sent his staff to remedy the backup issue via video and answered his phone when we needed to make contact.Joe the owner made contact with my husband to set up a follow up appt to completely clean out, build up in the pipe going to the tank. All and all a great experience!!!

Our well pump failed at 7PM on Saturday night of St Patrick's day. They were here within 60 minutes of my call and assessed the problem. Returned at 7:30 AM Sunday and replaced the well pump, and wiring down the well. We had a working pump and, after several hours of purging sediment, we had clear water. The storage tank, which was defective due to lost pressure and an internal air leak, was replaced Monday. I can't think of a negative thing to say about the workmanship, response, friendliness, or any other aspect of my experience. They get 5 stars all around!!!

I was connected to Joe at HV Water & Sewer through Home Advisor on a Monday morning at 9am. I had a clogged main sewer line in my home. Joe was at my house before 10am! Both Joe and his helper Billy were very personable and courteous. They freed the clog within a half hour and ran the snake down the line a few more times to ensure the line was as clear as possible. Joe advised me why the line had clogged (roots) and what options I had to prevent further problems in the future. My experience with Joe and Billy was very pleasant. I "only" rated them 4.5 stars because I think the cost for the service and time I received was a bit high. But, in fairness, my experience is that all plumbers charge too much for service calls. If I need a plumber in the future, HV Water & Sewer will be my first call. I definitely recommend them to others!

Joe was attentive and quick to answer any questions I had. His suggestion to fix the problems that caused the problem I called him for to begin with, proved useful. The following morning, a crew of 2 gentlemen arrived on time and began work; giving me a rundown of what they did as they did it. Done in 4 hours, they rerouted the way water exits my house via the existing sump pump, thus eliminating any water buildup around the foundation of the house. Although not cheap, the construction itself was price competitive and most likely saved me thousands of dollars in flood damage that would’ve absolutely happened in the near future. I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

The work done was professional, after he was done the price was $100.00 over what the HomeAdvisor chart said was considered high. The chart said for kitchen drain snake ,$80 was low and $250 was high. He told me $350.I asked for a detailed receipt and was told to text the boss and he would email it. It never came. I gave the worker a personal check made out to "Joe the plumber", but I called the boss to complain his price was high. I said I was willing to pay $250. He said he would send my check back and charge me nothing because he wanted a happy customer. I told him it wasn't necessary but he insisted and seemed disgusted that I would complain. I waited and the check cleared my account and I still never got a receipt. Rip off- really a $150 job!

They called me less than 15 mins. after I selected them as my contractor and showed up at my house an hour after that. They immediately started work after giving me a estimate cost range (a bit pricey but good help costs money). They worked until dark on my well Then they ordered a new pump and showed up midday the next day and finished the job. Good communication skills. As the job progressed they communicated with me on progress until they were finished. Joe is an excellent plumber. I recommend him to anybody who needs a plumber.
