He spent time interviewing me on the phone regarding the problem and recommended I try a couple of things on my own rather than going through the expense of a service call. He siad he would be glad to send someone if the problem persisted but felt the solution might be simple and not worth the expense. I wound up resolving the problem and not using Coles. However, the time spent and consideration shown for me made a huge impression and speaks to Coles' honesty, intergity and quality customer service. I would have no hesitation in calling Coles for another plumbing problem and would certainly recommend them to anyone. I kniw my experience with Coles is limited but that brief interaction demonstrated the company's high commitment to customers.

Description of Work: Called to ask about a leaky pipe in my basement that comes down from my toilets and sinks from my top two floors,they said a man name Pete would call me back, he called back within 2 hours,then said he would come over the next day in the morning he did, he said he believe the leak was coming from the shower in the master bedroom,said it could cost hundreds or thousands depending on what they found when opening the ceiling to see where the leak was coming from,suggested if I was handy to open the ceiling and find where it was leaking then call him back.I found the leak but it wasnt from the shower,I eventually fix it my self but I know its going to be a big job to get it fix correctly.
