What a joke. Called for boiler tune up. The tech could not change oil filter said it was too tight. Left new one for my wife. Left tiger loop filter on a 45 degree angel, Changed damper left screws out and lose. Sent photos to office and message for the owner. No response. So much for customer service. November 2022

It was done correctly.

Charged over 200 for a $14 transformer, replaced the inducer and the blower motors (the latter for no reason, it was working), and then announced that the control board is not good. Guess what, you can only do it once. I learned about the furnace and about your practices, so the neighbors will know not to hire you ever.

Fine and as expected

I called my warranty company due to my air conditioner not working. The technician came out and looked at the problem. He called American Home Shield (my warranty company) and told them I had a pre-existing condition and they denied my repair. There was no pre-existing condition. My air conditioning system was basically replace over a year ago. It was working perfect until May 24, 2016. I have paperwork to prove my system was in great shape. I called the warranty company and they told me they based their decision on what the technician said. Now, American Home Shield is sending a new company to fix my system. I don't know if the tech did not want to do the job or did not want to work for a minority person. I will not recommend this company to anyone because of the lie they told. I am happy that my warranty company (American Home Shield) is sending a new company and honor the contract of fixing my system. My contract states "Undetectable Pre-Existing Conditions is covered. How would I know about a pre-existing condition when my system was working last year without any problems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPAN

Not only was the job completed quickly, it was performed the same day I contacted them! Workers were efficient and friendly, and very neat. Highly recommended. Thank you!

One of the workers of the company (who is now no longer working for the company) did a side job (my furnace) and labeled that he worked for A. Stevens Plumbing and Heating. When I told the owner of the company what had happened he immediately took care of the issue, came out personally and fixed the mess the other guy did in my house. He was prompt, professional, explained everything in detail, showed me what was done and gave me a receipt. I will absolutely use him in the future and trust that he will do the right thing.

The response was very fast and complete. I used them for another job right away and was equally pleased. I wii use them for all my plumbing and heating needs in the future, and have recommended to my family and friends.

They did a good job and I have no problem with my heating now. They were very good. They were neat, professional and timely.

I am satisfied with the service that they provide.
