Battaglia Landscaping

We called Battaglia Landscaping to give us an estimate on two things: (1) hedge trimming and mulching that we needed immediately and (2) a major hardscape renovation in the back yard. Anthony came out as scheduled and talked about the major project. He said on three different occasions his brother would come by and give an estimate on the hedge work. After three no-shows by the brother, I phoned Battaglia and told them I was losing both patience and faith in their ability to follow through. Anthony swore it would be done the next day. Anthony then made a return visit to do a site survey for the major hardscape project. (I don't know why he could not just give me the hedge work estimate himself.) The next evening while out to dinner, we received a phone call from Anthony with a list of estimates for the hedge and mulching project. There were numerous numbers and we were in a loud public place. We asked him to email us the estimate and he promised to do so first thing in the morning. I'm sure you'll be shocked to hear that we never received the email. We will NEVER use this company! If I can't rely on them to give me a simple estimate, I have absolutely zero confidence that I can get them to do the work. I would strongly recommend using someone else.

I spoke with them gave them my address and phone number, they never showed,nor did they call.
