Excellent! OC Mechanical was awesome. Quick estimate, started within a few days, excellent communication about the work schedule, and very dependable. Went well above and beyond when we hit rock while trenching for the drain. I usually feel that I have to watch contractors because so many tend to cut corners when nobody is watching them. OCM was the opposite, they went the extra mile at every step and it showed in the final product. Original job was to install basement drain system. They were so good I hired them for a second job to install a new hot water heater with drain pan and emergency shutoff. Both jobs were excellent. Highly recommend.

Ed was professional, prompt, clean, and very helpful. He went over with me the work that he was going to do. Installed the hot water heater was quick and precise. After all the work was done he explained what was needed to be done if the hot water needed to be relit and how to adjust the temperature of the hot water heater. I would use Orange County Mechanical again in the future. I would recommend Orange County Mechanical for anyone who has any plumbing needs.

Great! Ed was very responsive, came on short notice and on time. I have used OCM in the past (general plumbing, WiFi thermostats, etc.) and I have always been very satisfied. I recommended OCM to my daughter who had a water softener installed and she too was very pleased.

Work was done exactly as we had discussed in an extremely timely manner. Will definitely call Ed again for any future plumbing needs.

I called Ed at 12:15, said he could come in a few hours. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem right away and only charged me for parts, not even the service call charge!

I used them twice. I used them a year and a half ago and the last service was around 10 months ago. They are really spectacular! I was never so pleased with any contractor until this company. They are neat. There was no call back necessary. Everything was done efficiently at the first time. I am completely satisfied. Price is fair. They explained everything to me clearly without using any mechanical term. They are super professional, polite, and responsive. I would use them in a flash! I highly recommend them to anybody.

I could not have imagined this job go any better, seriously. I was previously quoted almost triple and that the job would take twice as long as it did. Ed was a true professional; no nonsense or games, even though he was incredibly personable and down to earth. I don't know much about this kind of work so he took the time to walk me through everything.
