Description of Work: I hired Bill Triplett to clear some of my land overgrown by brush and had some stacked wood on the lot. I was told it would take two days. He considered the job completed in one day. Although he removed five loads of brush, he never removed the wood which he burried in the ground instead. |He was to clear the land so that I would be able to seed same. When he was done for the day, the ground was uneven and full of debris. In order to level the land, he informed me that he needed three hours to rake and level at an additional cost of $325. Even after raking, there were roots all over the place which he told me to cut off. Instead of removing the additional debris, he piled it up at the lower part of the property which to this day looks like h . If you hire him, make sure that every step of the work to be performed is spelled out in complete detail.

Description of Work: Landscaping cleanup and mulching. Owner on every job working and supervising. Excellent quality of work done on time and at a fair price. Owner is honest and reliable. Have worked with them repeatedly over 10 years. Would recommend for large or small projects and all types of landscaping and earthwork.

 + -1 moreThis is the third job Bill Triplett has done for us. This time he gave us a new circular gravel driveway, but, in previous years, he: 1) excavated our back entertaining area after a 400-yr old maple tree came down, then laid a 30x30 fieldstone patio from stones found on our property; and 2) got rid of an aggressive grove of Chinese Sumac trees taking over our back yard, giving us about 30'x100' of yard back. Bill is a consummate professional whose work is superb. He's not a fancy guy; he won't drive up in a decked-out pickup truck and take a long time calculating a fancy printed estimate. He will tell you how much the job will cost, and his price will the the fairest of anyone around. He will do exactly what you agree upon, and it will be done ontime and precisely how he said it would be done. I have no complaints about Bill. He's honest, dependable, straightforward, fair and trustworthy. You can't go wrong with any kind of excavation or yard/property work engage him in.
