+ -1 moreWhen my liner was delivered, he called and said he would be here the next day. He arrived early in the morning and he prepared the pool to accept the liner. I have a big pool and corrections of vermeculite had to be applied, walls scraped, smoothed, and vacumed. The next day he returned and installed it. HE WAS OUTSTANDING. Description of Work: We called Cascade Pools & Spas and made an appointment, Steve Phipps showed up exactly on time. He traveled an hour to get to our home. He was pleasant,, polite and friendly... Viewed my Pool. and explained in detail what the job intailed to complete. He explained that he installed only the top quality of product and because we had shopped around before contacting Cascade Pools, we knew he was telling us the truth. There were no extras. Everything was included. He said he would call the next day with an estimate, which he did. We contracted him to do the job. He returned to do exact measurements and gave him a deposit.
