I called Berry's because I had two bats in my finished attic in August. I originally called to learn about bat removal and exclusion services that might be available. Mr. Berry came to my house to give me an estimate / diagnosis. He checked all around my attic, including in closets, and determined that it was very unlikely that I had a bat infestation; he said he thought that the bats had come in through a small crack in my windows and then let themselves out. We had droppings in our attic. He came and inspected the droppings,confirmed they were from bats and made an inspection of our attic. He didn't find the bats, but he did see some openings in our roof that needed to be sealed. He came back with his nephew a week later (we have a very high, steep roof) and his nephew sealed all of the openings. He cleaned up the droppings and told us if we saw anything else to let him know but we should be all set. 11 months have passed and we haven't seen any bats or droppings in the attic. We are very pleased with this service and felt it was well worth the money.

I called several pest control contractors but was told that they did not specialize in bird removal. One of the pest control contractors referred me to Berry's Wildlife Control - Actually, they gave me Bill Berry's phone #: 315-569-6804. I called and spoke to Bill on Monday, 5/21/2012. He told me that they would be able to come to my house on 5/24/2012 and give me an estimate on the problem. Adam from their company arrived timely on Thursday and accessed the problem. He was able to remove 3 birds and their nests from under my siding. He also sealed the holes they used to go under the siding. He was very professional and courteous. I really appreciated their prompt resolution of the problem. I also thought their price was very fair - They only charged me for the removal of 1 bird. I would contact them again if I have any other animal problem. I contacted them again when I heard another bird in the same location. They never called me back to schedule a follow-up, but I did not hear the bird again. I guess it migrated away by itself.
