Re-Bath

Outstanding job. The two technicians did a great job. Careful of walls and carpets, completed the job in the time they forecast and cleaned up when the job was complete. I will use them again for the other bathroom in our vacation home.

Good, but lengthy, presentation. For basic installation, price was way out of our range: $7-10 grand for a basic shower stall re-do. Quality product, but too much money for our budget.

All went very well. Some may think it's expensive but when you think about the time lost and the inconvenience of having a bathroom out of order for a few days vs. one day (under 8 hrs.) it's well worth it. It's been a few years and all has held up great. It still looks like new, nothing came loose and no leaks.

From start to finish all work was done in a superior manner in the form of price, quality, delivery, service and reliablity. I highly recommend Hudson Valley Rebath for any and all work associated with bathroom romodeling or upgrades.

Salesman visited home to spec services. Easy to work with. Ordered materials available as promised. Work scheduled at a convenient time and done as scheduled with same day completion as promised. We were/are very satisfied

Their employee was here 10 min after 8am the scheduled hour was between 8 and 10. I had a feeling the floor was rotted under the tub, it was, completely. This guy was unbelieveable, he looked it over, thought about what he had to do, and went right to work to clean out the old floor, replace it, and start installation. He never stopped working, at 2 pm, I said, please tell me you've had something to eat, he had, and went right back to work finishing up around 4pm I think it was. After watching how my husband would begin a project and never stop until it was done, I was surprised to watch our guy here working non stop until it was completed, and looking so perfect, I hesitated to even use the bath. I hesitate to use his name, but bathfitters knows who he is, a top performer. an excellent, ethical worker. If I could afford to do my other bath, I would not hesitate to call them.

It went badly. The seal between the shell tub drain and the real drain leaked water under the tub, which required extra labor when we had the tub redone by Bath Fitter (a MUCH better outfit!). The tub itself was impossible to keep clean; the material held onto dirt like a miser onto money (the new shower stall has already proven its superiority in this respect). The caulking was mildewed to black within one year. The stopper on the sink wouldn't close and when I complained, they said, "Oh, those things never work anyway." News to me. Stay away from Schnorr. In Dutchess County, NY, go with Bath Fitter!

The salesman who came - right on time - to deliver an estimate was clearly a competent professional, but there was something arrogant and unlikeable about him too. But I needed the job done fast and re-bath was the only provider who promised to meet my deadline (about 3 weeks as I recall). Once I accepted their price (which was several thousand dollars more than anyone else), they came right on time and did the job in a single day as promised. The quality and workmanship was fine. The shower has been in place for six months now and I have no complaints.

From beginning to end all work was performed in a professional an excellent manner. I would highly recommend Hudson Valley Rebath for all current and future bathroom remodel needs. The quality of work and the experience of the staff from sales to service to installation was explanatory.

The representative who came was very thorough in making measuringments and accurately describing the work to be done. The workmen came promptly when they promised and replaced the old shower unit exactly as described with very sturdy replacement parts. They were done in half a day with the exception of the door which had to be ordered based on the new installation.

I first learned of rebath at the Rockland County Home Show. I picked up their brochure. I went to their showroom to see their products . The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I made an appt.. A re-bath salesman came to my house and brought samples, he explained what would have to be done with my shower. I picked out what I wanted, signed a contract. When the materials came in, I was scheduled for installation. Two very nice men came to install my new shower. They were on time, kind, courteous and they did an excellent job. They totally cleaned up afterward and except for the beautiful new shower you wouldn't even know work was done in my bathroom. It was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this company.

Everything went great. From my initial contact with Rose from the office to my contact with Zach the installer. They were ALL professional, courteous and understanding of all my needs. Rose worked quickly to schedule my initial consultation and was helpful thru-out the whole process. My salesperson Bob was great. He was prompt friendly and clearly knew the the rebath product. Once more he made sure I understood the product and all my choices. The installers Zach and George were terrific. Zach explained step by step the entire installation process. They worked quietly efficiently and were EXTREMELY neat and clean! I didn't know if the final outcome would be as promised but it was and then some! I was very happy!

On June 20, 2011 two young men came to our house and proceeded to take bath tub out plus the tile surrounding the tub. then the old sink and vanity were removed along with the toilet. Then the wall were put up, as stated on the contract. My error the walls were 56and quot; tall as the old tile was 48and quot; tall. therefore everything was off kilter. The salesman who was extremely high pressured, took down all measurements. A picture was taken of my husband standing by the wall and medicine cabinet with mirror and was visibily correct and we we able to see the measurements of old tile were correct. When the new med cabinet was installed which was the same measurement at the old med cabinet. The new cabinet was set atop the new rebath wall, therefore at 56and quot; tall it was impossible for myself or my husband who is 5' 7and quot; tall, my self 5'1and quot; tall. We were told that this could not be changed, so here we are with a mirror to high to use? After several phone calls to Mr. Schnorr and company who most were very rude and claiming the job was done correctly. They did send another service person over with more knowledge of this problem, he moved the mirror lower now I can see from the bottom of my nose to the top of my head in the mirror. Of course they suggested we use a stool to stand on. We are in our seventies and it is difficult to stand on a stool as our balance isn't what it used to be. What a weird suggestion??? Now after a year of having this product in our home. The caulking is coming out of the places on wall where it was installed by rebath contractors. Strange that we had a new window installed in bathroom and window contractors caulked around the window and it is still the same as the day it was done July 16th 2011. The shower door is very flimsy when opening or closing door they move back and forth easily and do not fit into the closed channel without moving them in or out to do so I feel this was a very unsatisfactory job, and I am skeptical to call them regarding the caulking and shower door as they were very demeaning when I spoke with them last June. On the day of completion I called them back and was told noting could be done about the med cabinet. This was done twice after the second time I called my bank and stopped payment on the check. Through much stress and discouragement I did issue and new check on 6/27/2011, much to my dismay, but I did it and it is done. Not sure if this was the correct decision.

I did not like them. The presentation was extremely lengthy, and it took twice as long as I had expected. They used hard sale tactics. I did not like the salesman's approach. He bad-mouthed other service providers, which I found really unprofessional. He could not answer a number of questions, as much as he was knowledgeable about what he was presenting on. He could not speak much about other things that were related to it. The presentation about the product they were recommending was doubtful. They were over-priced.
