I called Rainbow Gutters and left a message explaining what the problem was. It was after working hours. Chris called me back later that night and said he could be there the next day. He gave me a quote over the phone of $145. My wife had received a quote of $500 to get it fixed before it was hanging (we knew something was wrong, but we put it off). Chris came the day in the afternoon and him and his guys put the gutter back in place and reinforced it. He charged the $145, which I wouldn't have complained if the price increased a little. I had told him 5-10 ft was hanging and that had increased to 10-15, which meant it was two sections rather than one. Either way it was a very reasonable price. Other companies I spoke were leaning towards replacing sections as opposed to repairing.

Called for an estimate and they were on site to look at the job within 24 hours. Had a quote by phone within 48 hours. Once we hired them, they were performing the work within 48 hours. The job took less than a day. Work was solid, clean and professional, done exactly they way they quoted it. Left the property cleaner than it was when they got there. I plan on having them back in the fall to install leaf guards. Can't recommend them enough, A+.

They did a very professional job, installing gutters and downspouts on the entire house. They came when they said they would come, arriving on time. The used the exact same materials that other companies quoted me on, but did the job at extremely less cost than anyone else!

The job went very well. We have had Rainbow on several occasions and they always perform outstandingly well and very professional. They also clean up after themselves so well that you wouldn't even know they had been there. Our problems were fixed by going with a larger size.

We have two levels of roof line and it is not possible for us to get up on the upper roof level to see the gutters from above. I had my contractor clean the gutters while he was here doing another job. He got up there to check and clean the gutters out. He couldn't get the upper gutter section clean because there was only one inch of space between the roof line and the outside edge of the gutter. He had to use a hose to spray all the leaves out. Rainbow should have used 6 inch gutters instead of 5 inch. When I contacted Rainbow, I sent a picture that my contractor took of the upper gutter while he was there so I could see how much space was actually gutter space. Rainbow asked me what I wanted to do. I said I need bigger gutters and he should have known that in the first place since that what he does for a living. He gave me a price to replace the gutters. I said it's not right that I should have to pay twice because they didn't use the right size to begin with. He said I'll do it for you wholesale. I said nevermind, I don't trust that you'll do the job right now. If I have to pay again, I'll pay someone I trust to do the job right. They are very nice, professional, responsive and I thought it was a reasonable price he was giving me for the gutters. Me and my buddy are going to put a new roof on but you can't do the gutters by yourself if you want them seamless, you have to have a special tool that makes them right on the spot. He was responsive, came out right on time. He was very friendly and professional. He was very personable and a good guy.

I explained the problems that I had with my old gutters, including overflow at a valley that was entering my house and ruining the ceiling. I told them I wanted 6" gutters instead of 5" and that I wanted them to devise some kind of solution at the valley to stop runoff from entering my house. They arrived on time, were very professional and courteous, worked quickly and with very little disturbance or clutter. They showed me their proposed solution (splash lip) at the valley, tacked on and waiting my approval before they proceeded with it. I was very impressed with their concern for doing the job right and their willingness to answer questions about the ways in which the new gutters were different from the old and how they would remedy some of the problems I had been having.

After some initial difficulty in contacting them, they arrived promptly for an estimate, performed the work in a timely fashion, and kept in touch regarding progress.

RAINBOW SEAMLESS GUTTERS IS A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT NOT ONLY INSTALLS BUT FIXES GUTTERS. THEY CAME OVER RIGHT AWAY TO FIX THE PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE WE WERE HAVING A LOT OF RAIN AT THE TIME.
