We were so impressed by his assessment that we did not feel the need to birddog him as he worked. (He even moved all the deck furniture for us...which we intended to move ourselves but he beat us to it...) Very good value for the dollar. Honest. Recommend 1000%. Count yourself lucky that this guy is out there. Thank you, Jake!"
