NEAVE LANDSCAPING

Initial appointment cancelled and ultimately never showed up or followed for my consultation. While I believe there were some legitimate factors for the initial cancellation a professional company that strives for high standards would have somehow been able to follow up and provide some level of customer service.

Great team. Professional and easy to work with.

Uncertain to poor. Company insisted on completing the liner replacement, refilling the pool, in one day, without repairing the pool light, sealing light niche in vinyl. Thereafter they lost interest in repairing/replacing the light. Appointments were made and canceled at the last minute because of other work considered more important than mine. Provided no satisfactory explanation of how the light would be replaced after the pool was refilled, simply refused to answer questions and essentially walked off the job after liner replacement payment was made. Salesman informed me the light could be replaced without draining the pool, but no followup. I was left with an impression of unwillingness, incompetence, or both.

Neave provides lawn care service for us and their care specialist is good. Neave also did landscaping for us but they did not perform well and had to call them back for workmanship and dead plants. They fixed their work but did not do it as well as other landscapers I've used in the area. Overall I would give their land care a "B+" but the landscaping a "D" rating at best.

The work took longer than I anticipated and was much more expensive than anyone else. They did however do a very nice job. The person that laid the stone was excellent. I had some issues with the lights, it's very difficult to get it resolved. The person who was in-charged of the project left suddenly in the middle of it, it was hard to get somebody to complete it and it was just hard to get them to really work with me. Again, they do wonderful work. I've used their Christmas decor part of the business and found them to be excellent. I had some light go out and in order for them to come back there was a very high fee for them just to come out to the house to change a few light bulbs. I found them to be at the top the line as far as their pricing is concerned.

Neave was a PLEASURE to work with. We did a major overhaul of our front yard, side patio, drainage, and front walkway. It was a BIG job. Neave did an amazing job with the design process (Kris), project management, install, post project follow up, and making sure we were completely happy with the job. Neave was great about prompt bidding, returning my calls and e-mails, and keeping me informed with the scope and timeline of the project.They are toward the expensive side, but there is a reason for that. They do the job right, and are very professional. They worked on our project for about a month. We had they same crew for the entire project (Tereso and Leo), and we LOVED them.We are very happy with Neave and our new front yard.
