We had agreed to have My Way do our roof in October of 2012 knowing we had to wait until Spring 2013 to have the job done which was totally fine with us. We had actually lost some shingles from Sandy and he even offered to come and put some temporary replacement shingles to hold us through the winter. Once spring was around the corner, we received notice from Lisa (Tony's wife) giving us the name of the website to go on to decide on the color of the shingles. The website had a great tool allowing us to be able to upload a picture of our home and try different color shingles as well as information about the shingles. She gave us more than enough time to make a decision as sometimes it's a hard thing to do and Lisa even offered to help out in the decision making. We set a date and Tony called the day before to ask if he could start at 7:00 a.m. He arrived at 6:55....right on time! Tony and his crew set up and quickly began stripping the roof of the old shingles. He had the shingles delivered by the time they were done stripping and preparing the boards for the new shingles. The job was completed by 4:00 p.m. that same day! They worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Tony hauled all the old shingles away without me having to rent a dumpster. If you looked around the house when they were done, you would never had known they worked on the house that day. That's how clean they are. The only thing that was an unknown was how many boards may have needed to be replaced. We had contracted to pay per board as needed. Tony came down and told us that we didn't need to replace one board. To me, that shows how honest of a person he truly is and why we use My Way Home Improvement. We have never been disappointed with any of his work and truly trust what he does and how he does it. We look forward to using them for our next project whatever that may be.

Promptly gave me the estimate. Was courteous, professional and knowledgeable in giving me guidance. Performed the work over 3 days as promised. Reviewed work after performance to ensure I was delighted. Left the place spotlessly clean. No hassles, no aggravation, no distractions from my own tight schedule

Jan. 2013 -We recently contacted MY WAY Home Improvement to inquire about renovating our kitchen. We were told that they would be not be able to do an "inside" job until sometime in the distant future, most likely, November 2013- Jan. 2014. We were given the explaination that they only book a certain number of inside jobs, and the rest of the time they spend on outdoor jobs. We were told that he was already trying to finish 3 inside jobs at the time of my inquiry. We were told that if we didn't want to wait , we would have to find another contractor. Apparently their business is doing well enough that they can turn customers away.

The estimate was given professionally, promtly, and with the feeling of a personal touch from the owner/operator. The estimate was not rushed and very complete.There was no sales pitch or pressure to buy anything and quality recommendations were made regarding the requested job. The price was very fair.The job was completed within the time frame agreed upon. The quality of the products and work far exceeded my expectations. The work performed was impeccable. Prior to leaving they cleaned the area showing no signs that work was recently completed.I will use My Way again without a doubt.

All the work was done in the 2 week time (M-F) which he told us it would take. He also hauled all the old bathroom's material away and that meant we didn't have to rent a dumpster....which is a plus! His work was very neat and clean. He took care to make sure there was minimal dirt/dust anywhere they worked. He pays close attention to detail and made sure he knew exactly what we wanted. He gave us his suggestions when we asked, and we usually took his advice and suggestions. His expertise and honestly were a true value. We were so happy that we took his design suggestion. We are absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out and were completely satisfied with every phase of the job. His wife Lisa was also great to work with. She was so helpful and answered any questions that I had. Every time I walk into that bathroom, I can't believe it's the same bathroom. This is the second time we have used My Way Home Improvement. We had our siding and windows done 10 years ago and they still look great! We will also use My Way for our next project which is when our roof needs to be re-done. We honestly cannot say one negative thing about My Way. We highly recommend My Way Home Improvement.

I am happy that My Home Improvement made it to Angie's List because it is an excellent company. It was a pleasure dealing with Tony and his wife. After the job was completed I could not have been more pleased. I am still happy with the windows after all these years. In terms of professionalism on a scale of 10 My Home is a twenty. The trees had fallen through a new roof that they had put on. We called them and they were there within 20 hours. They stayed until the job was done. They cleared up the holes before we had any rain. They are fantastic. We have had them roof the house and put an addition on the house. We have had them put siding on and install new windows. In every instance we have used them they have been outstanding. We have had a little problem with one window, it was a manufacturing defect, and they ordered a new window and three days later they came out and fixed it. They just do a superb job.

Went way beyond my expectations. Punctual, excellent work, and cleaned up after. Recommended them to several others who expressed great satisfaction as well.

Excellent. Very professional in communication, work habits, cleanliness, & quality of work. Went above & beyond scope of work. Brought issues to light that needed addressing & performed needed additional work.

Simply give them a phone call, set up an appointment. They are always punctual. If your appointment is 7:30, they're there at 7:25. They clean up after their work. And the materials that they use are excellent. My windows work beautifully. They fold out to clean. The door is working beautifully. I have absolutely no complaints.

The work turned out fine. I was very satisfied with their work. They cleaned up well and they showed up when they said they would. They were very efficient in their work. I did have a problem with one of the windows fogging up. I contacted the company; they contacted the manufacturer and replaced it for no additional cost.

We signed the contract in november 2010 and the work was started at the end of May 2011. Thats when Tony(the owner) said it would be, depending on the weather. We are very satisfied.

Overall we were very happy with both the price and the work that Tony and his crew did. They were very efficient. They arrived around 7am and had completed all of the windows by about 3pm. (We had some estimates that the work would take two days, which would have been much more inconvenient to arrange for someone to be home two days in a row.) They were also very neat and careful, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We appreciated that Tony provides the estimates and does the work himself. The new windows look great and we have noticed a big difference in the house now that we are into the cold weather without our old drafty windows. My Way did an excellent job and we will definitely use them again in the future for other projects.
