+ 0 moreSo far, I am beyond happy with the work Cesar has done for me. He was very upfront with his pricing, VERY reasonable, has shown up on time, every time. Furthermore, he is easily contacted & promptly returns phone calls if he isn't immediately available. I wish I would have found him sooner and will definitely be hiring again to do additional projects for me. Highly recommend this man and his company.
