Unfortunately, I cannot rate the work quality at this time for we (the Board of Managers) are still not in receipt of the inspection report. In addition, I cannot provide a rating for the value for money but I can say that all the headache associated to the persistent and ongoing delay cannot be monetized. I would be willing to revise the applicable rating if/when I receive the report and review. I strongly encourage everyone to conduct thorough research via reviews of Mr. Gillespie and his business practice. This is extremely unfortunate that I have had to resort to providing this review so that I can alert everyone or anyone possibly thinking of utilizing this mans expertise. I have call logs, emails, and texts as evidence of the continued delay and deception exhibited by Gillespie. The man has already been paid and cashed the check. Today marks two (2) weeks since the check was cashed and we still have no report from him.

The Engineer was through and very professional. The fee was very fair. The information was very useful.

I paid $750 for a report i have not received the report in a month. And the owner Michael Gillespie will not return my phone calls. This is extremely unprofessional behavior

Mike is a true professional. I needed a quick floor load calculation for a building permit and Mike returned my call within minutes of my placing a need on HomeAdvisor.
