Description of Work: We saw signs of Mice and called to have someone come out to see how big the problem was. On a scale of 1-10 he told us we were at a .4 so we weren’t bad at all.

Description of Work: We had wasps in the attic. John was able to determine where they were entering the house and how they had made their way upstairs to the attic. He sprayed the outside of the house to reach the nest, and came back three more times to attend to the wasps that had migrated. At one point there was a swarm of 200 wasps that came at him as he worked.

Description of Work: John has been working for us for years and works for us year round at our lake house in Putnam Valley and at our residence in Scarsdale. He has eradicated a rat infestation, controlled mice problems in the country, eradicated a huge wasp infestation, ants, etc. etc. Every time he is making sure anything he uses is safe for us as a family and our pets and our kids. What ever he uses always gets results. If I have an emergency, he comes immediately. He is very professional and loyal and trustworthy. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: John came about four times because there did not seem to be any results. He said that he was never in a home that did not have any visible fleas. I have been bitten repeatedly whether they are visible or not. One of the last things he said to me was I should see a dermatologist. I was not at all pleased with him.

Description of Work: I called 3 Angie's List exterminators that were (A) closest to me and (B) had the highest ratings last night after pool guys saw a rat who had nested in the pool cover in my basement. EWWWW. First place had an answering service (this was 6:42 PM) and the woman there couldn't have cared less. The other one had an answering machine and I left a message. JOHN ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY when I called and said he'd come out this morning between 9 and 11. True to form, he was here by 11 after calling at 10:30 to say he was on the way. As an aside, one of the other 2 called me around 10 this morning and I said I already had somebody coming. The other one hasn't called back yet and it's now 1 PM (so much for THEIR eagerness). I am totally impressed with John, the owner. Apparently his dad started the business and now John runs it. He's not part of a big chain, he doesn't have a fancy website and doesn't even take credit cards (but will take checks). Very old fashioned values of punctuality, giving me all the information and details I needed, let me ask as many questions as I wanted, etc. I have no doubt he was late for his next appt because of me. I never felt rushed at all. John made an extremely thorough examination through the basement, the crawl space at the front of the house and 2 storage rooms above that crawl space. Showed me where he saw some rat droppings as well as mouse droppings. Gave me options and told me the pros and cons of poison versus traps. Laid traps per my request (I hate the thought of poisoning some big rat and having the sucker die in a wall, just in time for the holidays...ewwwwww) Super pleasant, very knowledgeable, very fair pricing. Gave me his cell phone # and said to call anytime I am concerned and that he'll be back next Tuesday (6 days from now) to check traps unless I need him sooner. Soooo happy I got this company!

Description of Work: I have a yearly problem with carpenter ants and he does a great job taking care of them with a single application that's nontoxic to my pets (or me, for that matter) and with a follow-up if needed.

Description of Work: We used the services of Integrity Pest Control about a year ago for pest control. They sprayed for the ants and the bees around our house.

Description of Work: Baited carpenter ants in the wall. Checked for signs of termites. Sprayed around the perimeter of the house. Spayed carpenter bee's nest on the porch. Placed 3 bait stations for mice.

Description of Work: I discovered carpenter ants in our home's kitchen. After arriving at our house, discussing the problem, and doing a thorough inspection, he suggested that I actually didn't need to have the work done (see my full story for details)! I was so impressed with his knowledge and honesty that I immediately came in to write this review.

Description of Work: We called Integrity Pest Control when we had a carpenter ant problem. John responded with interior and exterior chemical treatments, including baiting. He was responsive to concerns about pets being effected. After the initial treatment, we agreed to a monthly exterior plan ($43/month).

Description of Work: Examined property and several outbuildings. Gave advice on cost cutting. Removed wasp nest for free. Gave information on what I might find. Sprayed for ants. 4 days later when ants didnt disappear, came back and used a different method, baited for mice, took care of an underground beehive, gave more information, no additional charge. 1 month later came back for a maintenance call. $40

Description of Work: THEY DO PEST CONTROL. HE JUST COMES AROUND EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE AND CHECKS AND SPRAYS.

Description of Work: THAT IS THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS PER YEAR THAT HE CHARGES. HE TAKES CARE OF THE BEES, AND HE TAKES CARE OF THE ANTS AND BUGS. HE SPRAYS FOR TICKS FOR LYME DISEASE. HE ALSO TAKES CARE OF ANY MICE IF WE HAVE THEM.
