.Mr. Christianson was very personable over the telephone when i inquired about remote repair of my computer which was slow in starting and I was unable to access my camera for Skype. He told me it would take about an hour, which turned into three hours which turned int 24 hours. He told me made several repairs and removed some things and he did what he could and he would call in a week, since he would be away to see how things were going. He did not call for a couple of weeks. Finally, I contacted him asking for a bill so I could end this contact. He wrote back saying he had done some research and felt he knew now what the trouble was and he would work free of charge. At this point, I refused since I did not want to prolong things.He sent me a bill, including a senior discount, but the original problem still exists. The camera for Skype is working.

My computer would not boot. I called the manufacturer and what they told me to do would have lost all my data...............and they do not restore. I got Einar Christiansen's phone number from a friend who had used him. I called him and was able to get my laptop to him the same day. He called me the following day and said he was running tests and would let me know. He called a few days later and said it was all fixed to come pick it up. My computer has been fine since, and the best part, nothing was lost.
