Hopewell Septic is the best just WOW, WOW, WOW. In the middle of February 2018 our septic decided to collapse I know great timing. We looked on line and saw a five star rating for Hopewell Septic and gave them a call. Charlie was in the area and came out to give us a quote in the pouring rain on a Sunday night. He was very detailed and explained everything to us. He took notice we had large vehicles and a RV and knew we were driving over the septic to park the RV on the side of the house which is a big no, no. He suggested an H-20 concrete tank this way there would be no issue with parking the RV on the side of the house. After getting other quotes and some were less we decided to use Hopewell Septic because we felt the job was going to be done right. All I have to say is we were correct. Charlie and Ed went above and beyond . First problem previous owners put half the septic under the driveway so yes part of the driveway collapsed as well, the septic need to be moved out so it was no longer under the driveway Charlie and Ed accomplished this. Second problem check all the pipes from the house to septic and the pipe from the septic to the fields. They have the best top notch electronic equipment that exam the pipes I was very impressed. They found a portion of a collapsed pipe that that had a blockage and it needed to be replaced under the driveway and yes they had to pull up more of the driveway to replace it. They also snaked the remaining line to the house since there was a blockage so there will be no issue with a back up going forward. They did not like the pitch of the pipe from the septic to the fields it was holding water and the pipe and did not line up right with the new septic so it was replaced. They give you 200% and even the cleanup was great. I felt there was no half fast work and was very happy with the price with the extra work. I also want to mention on how nice Charlie and Ed are, they also worked with us with our work schedules to get this job done. I highly recommend them. Hopewell Junction, New York
