Description of Work: Three story porch was repaired. Ceilings replaced, floorboards replaced. Work was swiftly performed. Colin prepared an estimate that was completely accurate, right down to the time needed to do the job. He worked with an assistant for two days. They worked quickly, and quietly . They cleaned up all debris, used drop cloths to contain mess and removed large piles of old materials immediately. They were also working around tenants and were courteous and friendly. The place looks great. I will hire these people again for whatever work needs to be done on my building
