Description of Work: My experience with Centre 21 Alliance and my real estate agent, Diane Stuart, was excellent. She made plenty of time for us in our 1st time home buying process and worked around a our desires, needs and schedule. We were able to view a lot of houses in a short amount of time and get an offer accepted on a house we truly love.

+ -1 moreIt went well. Real estate is a funny thing. It went good at first but then a deal falls apart so it took awhile. I'm sure it wasn't their fault. We've had them for over a year as our realtor and we are just in the process of waiting for the contract to be signed. They charge 5 percent commission. Overall the service was good. We had an offer within 2 weeks of putting our house on the market over a year ago and the deal fell through. It has been on the market for over a year and when the market is slow, you don't hear from the realtor. Their prices are in line with everybody else. We would have preferred more phone calls versus texts but we didn't let them know that upfront. They did get back to us within 24 hours of when we contacted them. I would communicate a little more in the beginning if I used them again.
