ANGEL'S POWER EQUIPMENT

Awful experience, owner is insultingly unprofessional. After failing to give me a timeframe of completion after a week I call to check on my mower. Only to have the owner tell me I’m wrong the he said they had been telling everyone 2-3 weeks. Now about 6 weeks later I get my mower back I had to call them several time to check in I was give zero updates! I was over charged by over $100 from quote! Hands down the worst service I have ever received.

I 'd purchased my mower from another retailer and the gearbox had failed while it was under warranty. I arranged to have the seller repair it. Though they told me that they'd replaced the gearbox, it hadn't been and the mower began having difficulty moving some months later after the warranty had expired. Avoiding the company that sold it, I brought it to Angel's Power Equipment instead. The work he did was excellent, he showed me what had gone wrong and what had to be done to fix it and the work was performed in a timely manner. I've brought other items to Angel's for repair and it's always been the same ... good work in a timely manner. What sets Angel's apart is the way Angel, himself, does business. He's very conscientious and responsive to his customers and I feel really comfortable bringing my work to him.

They do not speak Engish well enough to do business in this area. We had a huge misunderstanding when we called to ask them when the mower would be returned and if they took credit cards. They ended up not doing the repair and we waited another week. When we finally got through to the owner he said the work was not done because they were waiting to hear from us what payment method we planned to use.

Recommended - support local independent business here in Dutchess. Angel has excellent product knowledge and will fit the product to your need. At first I hesitated with his suggestion then I listened and made the right choice.
