From a humble, one-man, one-truck company beginning in the Hudson Valley area of New York in the late 1980's, we started ProGuard Construction. Then we started a new company in 1990 and called it ProGuard Security & Fire Systems with several trucks! We had a grand opening where everyone came from Mayor Collette down to the police chief! Charlie North, the President of the Chamber of Commerce, was at the ribbon cutting! We raised 6 children, two of which carried on with the business. Today, ABProService gives back to the community every Thursday & Saturday night teaching life skills, in addition to volunteering at a local rehabilitation center each Monday. With over 30 years in the industry, you can be comfortable you're getting the best! We would be honored to show you and make you part of the family too!!

The job was done as promised. The entire house was cleaned thoroughly. Very pleased with the work. Will hire again.
Description of Work: AB Pro Carpet Clean did a power wash of our house. They were responsible and thorough. We were quoted a price based on the square footage of our house and a description of the building. Would use them again. They did a great job. The house, porches, etc. all were cleaned thoroughly and they were prompt and professional. If you need work done, I highly recommend this company.

It was an extremely complicated process to get the provider to understand what needed to be done. Then when they came out for the actual appointment, they decided that they weren't able to do the job. This was a time sensitive project and put me in a huge bind and I had to end up doing the work myself which was very difficult for me. I did speak with another carpet cleaning company about what I needed to have done (they unfortunately were not able to do the work within my timeframe) but they told me that they didn't understand why AB Pro couldn't do the job. Another issue was with AB Pro Carpet Clean's follow up. They told me that they would take care of refunding my offer through Angie's List. I never heard back from them so I called them and they told me that I had to call Angie's List in order to get the refund. I would'nt have known that if I hadn't called them and could've missed out on getting my refund.

Very friendly and professional. They removed pet stains I didn't think could be removed. They had top shelf equipment and obviously wanted to please the customer (which they did). I would highly recommend them!
