Appolo sales and technical support were excellent and easy to work with, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. The old water heater was an Amtrol direct fired unit attached to a boiler, they had to remove the old unit, re-configure the system to accept the new one and test it. The work was done in one day, everything worked fine and I am very happy with the new unit. After the install, the team went over how to use the unit, how to service it and how to submit the energy rebate form. I would highly recommend their services to family, friends or anyone else.

Techs were prompt and you would have never know they were here. System works great.

My experience with them has been excellent. Because we're on a service contract, we had a reduced rate. It was $80 instead of $175. I would recommend them to a friend or a family member. Their customer service is excellent. Their pricing is fair.
