Very nice company. Lead time was 6 weeks which is the reality these days. Small issue with a seam. They said they will come back at the end of the season, take it down and repair at no cost. I would recommend and the cost was reasonable

Five other companies told me that they couldnâ t fix my awning and that I would have to replace it at costs ranging from $3800-$7000. Greg at Sundown fixed it for $375 and advised me that there are still quite a few years left in my awning but gave me an estimate for the future. We are delighted with his honestly.

They came, measured, told me how long it would take and they were spot on. Clean efficient, reasonably priced. Would hire them back and recommend them to any one looking for an awning (which is what I purchased).

Gene was helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. Didn't have to "hunt" him down. Performed the installation on Saturday and was back promptly the nextweek to clear up anythingthat couldn'tbe completed.

Have not had the work completed at this time...

They cleaned moss and fungus off three outdoor awnings, excellent job! they now look like new. PS the awnings are six years old.

They got back to me right away. Was at my house within an hour. Came by looked at the problem. (Awning would not go back in ) They got it back in (temporarily). Went back to shop got part and fixed it. Saved me money (The place who installed it wanted a higher price and they couldn t be at my house for at least a week. The problem with that was it was going to rain and be very windy. ) The workers where very professional and polite. Would recommend them 100% Great Job!

I have an older hand cranked awning over the patio of our 100 year old house. The frame was bent after I failed to retract it before a snowfall. I contacted several companies, all but one of whom were only interested in selling me a new powered awning for several thousand dollars. For both economic and aesthetic reasons I didn't want to replace the existing setup. Fortunately, Sundown was willing to do what I wanted. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Very refreshing to deal with someone who doesn't put their needs ahead of the customer's.

It was a pleasure to deal with a vendor who was prompt, professional, friendly and completed the job when promised in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend them without reservation./
