sewage backup soaked roughly 50 sq. ft. of carpet, Steam Pro cleaned, disinfected, & dried carpet. Guys were friendly, professional, & flexible in scheduling. I wouldn't call the cost cheap per se, but I'm not really sure what these things cost, so I really can't comment on the value. They did a good job, I'm happy with the work.

After a basement window well filled with water due to a clogged roof gutter, the basement took on about 50 gallons of water, SteamPro was there the next day to thoroughly extract the water and treat the carpet with an antimicrobial. They brought in a heavy duty dehumidifier and three blue carpet fans. The result was a perfectly dry and odor-free carpet. After that, they returned to clean a home office carpet on the main floor, and that turned out great too. Will use again.

They arrived punctually and got to work straight away. My daughters bedroom carpet was especially soiled. I could not believe how clean they got the carpet! I thought I would have to replace it but it looked brand new when they were done! Excellent job. I will definitely use them again.

Tom and Paul (brothers) along with Dave came with two panel vans. They were punctual. We went over all the details of the job before they got started. They could not have been more professional but at the same time friendly, courteous, and efficient. Any thing that had to be moved was done with care. We are very pleased and happy with all of the results. The couch is white and looks like new. The results Tom achieved there are amazing! The carpets are very old and worn but now they look so much better and brighter. The results on the ceramic floors and grout impressed me the most. The tile flooring is 28 plus years old and heavily trafficked. The grout came back to original color and there is a huge difference in the tiles! I was concerned that we would not get a great result but I am thrilled! Overall, I would highly recommend SteamPro and would definitely use them again in the future. The price beat two of the major competitors. Thank you Tom, Paul and Dave.

It was pouring rain, all car washes were closed. I found Tom on Angie's list, he was amazing. He called me back first of anyone. I brought my car to him, he lives close by. He then proceeded to do a magnificent job, outside while it was pouring, for a very reasonable price. He made sure my car was spotless and deodorized, it was a wonderful job. Do not think twice, use this provider.

Called Steam Pro on Monday and they were here on Tuesday. Tom is a very friendly, professional person. He answered all our questions and did an expert job removing stains and cleaning the carpets and stairs. I would definitely recommend this company.

He is very professional. He did a great job on the carpets and all the stains were removed and carpet looked so nice and new. He came for air duct cleaning and his machine broke in the middle. He did contact me on his own later and came back to clean the air ducts. I am very happy with the service.

Young man arrived within the time frame he said. After he introduced himself, he explained what he was going to do and went right to work. I had originaly asked for two rooms to be cleaned, but then added the staircase and there was no problem. He was neat, clean and very efficient. He accepted the Angie's List coupon for 10% off, again with no problem. I would and will hire Steam Pro again.

The Steam Pro crew showed up on time and on budget. They gave us pricing over the phone. I added the "deodorizer" option when they came here and it was only a little more money. We've had other cleaners in the past that just keep adding "options" to the bill and then you end up paying twice as much as you thought you would. The guys were professional and pleasant and did a great job. We will be calling them back to do more work in our home. The prices were reasonable and the quality of work was excellent - and they're nice too!
