my tech Chris Pupke was excellent. He was on time and did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was very to answer any question that I had. This was my first experience with this company. Manzo plumbing and heating will now be my go to company.

About 6 years ago I had Sal Manzo Plumbing install my new Navien NCB 240 combo unit. When the plumbers had the inspector come for the permit a few things were not done to code. This unit is a condensing unit which means it needs to drain into a drain pipe. The installers just made a hole and stuck the drain tube though to the outside. They also used regular pvc pipe for the exhaust which is also not to code, it should cpvc pipe. The inspector also said they used too many unions when running the gas pipe. Sal Manzo never returned to complete the job to get it to code. About 3 years later on New Years Eve I arrived home to find I no heat but I had hot water. I called Sal Manzo Plumbing and decided I would bring up why they didn't return to complete the job. The plumber came on New Years Day but didn't complete the repair, in fact after he left I had no hot water either. The problem was the 3 way valve and the plumber said the o rings were not the correct ones so they had to call Navien and have the part shipped over night. Of course overnight means they would not come back with the part for another 2 days. It was the coldest day of the year so I had to go Home Depot and purchase heaters to keep the pipes from freezing. I bought 7 of them to place all around the house. Two days later when another plumber from Sal Manzo came to finish the repair it was determined that the original plumber was not putting the pieces back in the correct order and that's why it was leaking. It was the correct o ring after all. With all that was going on I failed to mention the work that was not done to code. The final repair cost including tax was $564.85 and the 7 heaters that I purchased that I didn't need. Months later my shower knob snapped and the cartridge was stuck inside and needed to be drilled out. Once again I called Sal Manzo Plumbing and this time I would mention the work that was not done to code. The plumber came and made the repair and I told him about the work that was not finished so I could get the permit. He said he would talk to Sal. Of course Sal never called me. Now almost 3 years to the day and I'm having another problem. This time the unit was heating but it wasn't reaching the temperature that I had it set too on the thermostat and I had no hot water at all. I called a different plumber but they could not come the same day so I decided to call Sal Manzo Plumbing again. I made an appointment for later that day but soon after the office called and rescheduled for the follow day. It was snowing so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another day. The plumber arrived first thing in the morning and because the Navien system did not have an error code he needed to call Navien Tech support. The charge just to call Navien was $199. The Navien Tech told the plumber the problem was the 3 way valve, the same part they replaced 3 years ago. The plumber told me the charge to replace the valve was $1199 plus tax plus the $199 call to Navien. 3 years ago I paid $564.85 now they want $1400 plus tax. I called the office and asked to speak to Sal. I would remind him of the work that was not completed and the thousands of dollars of business I have already given him. I wanted to know how in 3 years can the cost for the same repair more than double and another $199 for a 15 minute phone call to Navien Tech support. Since I paid for work that was not completed in the past I felt they owed me work that I already paid for and I would tell Sal I would agree to pay the same amount I paid for the same repair last time. The office called Sal and Sal called the plumber and the plumber told me "Sal said the price is not negotiable, have a nice day" and he left. I watched several videos on YouTube on how to change this part so I went to the local plumbing store and purchased the part. The part was $47 including tax and Sal Manzo wanted to charge me $1400 plus tax. Sal Manzo is a thief and he should lose his license for this. This behavior is nothing short of criminal. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing and I wouldn't recommend him to the devil. So to update you Dowling Plumbing came today and after 10 minutes diagnosed the problem to be the pump. He didn't have to call Navien and even if he did there would not have been a charge. Can you imagine paying Sal Manzo $1400+ and the 3 way valve wasn't even the problem? By the way I asked the plumber from Dowling how much would they charge to replace a 3 way valve and the price was $365. This further proves what a criminal Sal Manzo Plumbing is.

Told them they can't be serious. Forget it. Why would anyone PAY for a water heater supply and installation QUOTE?

I got estimates from three companies and Sal's was the most suitable for me, based on description of the work and price quoted. The work was performed with minimal disruption to us and maximal attention to details, clean, and thorough. However, several days later the leak possibly originating from the area of the work performed was noted, with some damage to the ceiling on the lower level. Sal responded immediately, identified the leak and concluded that, even though it was not origination from exact point of original repair, the repair itself might have caused disruption in the system that resulted in new problem. Sal's representative, Mike, fixed the new plumbing problem and recommended another company, Razz Construction, to fix dry wall and ceiling damages, with the needed work to be paid for by Sal Manzo Plumbing. The said work was done perfectly. I would strongly recommend Sal Manzo Plumbing to anyone. They are professional, courteous, detail oriented, and stand by their work 100%. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, should I ever need any plumbing or heating work to be done. And with being an owner of a house, I don't think that the occasion will be long coming.

The job went very very well. The professionalism and quality of workmanship was excellent and very impressive. Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all my question, and actually educated me on the working of a heating system The job site was left spotless. I would definitely recommend Sal Manzo Pluming and Heating to all my friends.

Our technician, Mike, was the most professional and cleanest plumber I have ever had. He was upfront with all the costs, gave me choices and finished the job in a timely fashion. Would definitely call them again.

Mike replaced kitchen trap. He was also able to unclog lines without charging us for unclogging them. We have used Mike/Manzo for many years and for many plumbing problems They are the BEST!!!!

The workers came punctually and the work was performed quickly and professionally. They cleaned up completely when the work was completed. I really appreciated the telephone call to inform me that they would be late for their initial appointment. They also called me to say they were on the way. Before they began they gave me a complete invoice for the work to be done. No surprises!

Very prompt and courteous service. Came on time. The job was done quickly. Mike was very knowledgeable. He knew where the problem was and tackled it promptly.

Was on time and did a good job. Only complaint was how expensive the pricing was which made sense why they wouldn’t give a ballpark estimate on phone at all. Priced very high after inquiring with other companies, but did a good job. Was an emergency job so my hands were kind of tied before i shopped around.

Absolutely wonderful, Joe Manzo was empathetic, professional,polite, neat, and he fixed the problem. I would absolutely recomend and call him again if I had any other problems in the future

All went well. Kent was extremely professional and thorough. Cost was very high however.

I found that after they fixed it, the part only cost $30 and it took them 5 minutes to fix it. I would never use them again.

Sal and his team were extremely knowledgeable, skilled, punctual,clean and did the job correctly and to code. I was impressed and elated we when they finished with work. Not many certified Bosch Gas furnce installers/plumbers are willing to take on a difficult install/conversion in Levittown. Those that would don't have skills or experience. I would recommend Sal and his team

While on Vacation I contacted Sal Manzo because new countertop were getting installed a few days after I returned home. I was able still send Sal pictures and he was able to confirm my slow drain was due to incorrect drain install by another contractor. He scheduled Mike Manzo to be there the day after I returned and he correctly replaced pipe to code. Thanks to Sal and Mike for responding so quickly and fixing the issue so the countertop can get installed. this allowed the rest of kitchen installation to complete on time and on schedule. Mike was punctual, meticulous, clean and professional. the cost was high but was worth the peace of mind and quality of work. Mike had also installed a gas line/pipe for new gas stove in March. It was done to code and was a fair price. Will always call Sal Manzo for may of my plumbing needs

No response to the request for Estimate.

I was told that there was an emergency fee of 195.00 I assumed that like any other reputable company if you use them they deduct the fee. The woman on the phone was not very nice and said I told you the amount of the emergency. So nice that a single mother gets treated this way. Merry Christmas. Needless to say I will never use this company ever again thank you Sal manzo
