+ -1 moreRay and his son tore out and installed new sheetrock, replaced the shower, shower door, vanities, floor, toilets and lighting.. I purchased the shower door, shower head, tile, toilets, faucets and closets etal. so the true price is more. I would not do this again. They installed everything. They were very reliable trustworthy, and clean.. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They even had a port-o-san.

In addition never filed for electrical or plumbing permits and cut through a structural beam leaving the house in unsafe condition. It took us six months to hire a new contractor who was willing to clean up his mess and finish the project with all plans and permits. This cost us another $25,000.

replacement windows, home remodeling
+ 0 moreI was very pleased with the job. It was high quality. Ray and his crew were very easy to work with. The job was a good value. They cleaned up and left the house in excellent shape.
Description of Work: Ray Coleman and his crew of three installed new Anderson casement windows (not replacement windows) and siding. My original windows were sliders. In some cases I wanted the casement windows longer than the sliders were but not wider. This occurred in the kitchen where all other vendors said I had to make the casement window much wider than I wanted or much smaller. Ray said he could fit the standard size window into the space I wanted, and did. Also, I had a problem in my family room. The windows end at a ledge. Every other vendor said the standard size casement windows would not fit, and they would have to use Sliders. Ray fit the casement windows I wanted in the space by replacing the top of the ledge. He did an outstanding job very reasonably! They installed siding on the sides and back of my house, gave me excellent advice, and the siding is beautiful. In addition, they insulated it very well. The house is much quieter (almost no road noise) and warmer than before (no drafts),
